The app Robin was developed and evolved out of the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Zürich.The app can be thought of as a diary of your mental state. In addition, the app provides tips and information about how you can better deal with how you feel and your problems.
Features of the app Robin:
-Logbook: Here you can write entries about your mood, mental health problems, any medication you are taking and special events.
-Symptoms: In this section you can find information about a range of psychiatric symptoms and ways to cope better with them.
- Crisis Plan: You can create in advance, and thereby have easy access to, a plan about what you should do when a crisis situation arises. Having this will enable you to get the help you need and get better.
-Weekly Goals: You can enter a to-do list with the goals you’d like to achieve that week.
- Library: In this section you can get help to deal with your every day problems. You can create a list of what your strengths are, and there is a gratitude diary where you write about positive experiences you’ve had each day. They’re all easily accessible and can be referred to at any time if you’re feeling down, as a way to help cheer you up. The library also has a section with ideas for activities that you could do to brighten up your mood and day.
