Hap-pas-Hapi është një projekt kërkimor vullnetar për një program mbështetës i bazuar në internet dhe smartphone për ngarkesë emocionale dhe stres.Ne e kemi zhvilluar këtë program për njerëzit në të gjithë botën që përballen me emocione të vështira.
Qëllimi i hulumtimit tonë është të zbulojmë nëse Hap-pas-Hapi funksionon. Ne gjithashtu dëshirojmë ta përmirësojmë programin duke u bazuar në reagimet nga pjesëmarrësit e studimit.
Për këtë qëllim, ne ofrojmë aplikacionin si pjesë e studimeve shkencore në vende të ndryshme.
Ky version është zhvilluar për shqiptarët të cilët jetojnë në vende të ndryshme të Evropës Perëndimore. Projekti është duke u realizuar në bashkëpunim të Universitetit të Cyrihut dhe Universitetit të Berlinit (Freie Universität Berlin).
Nëse jeni mbi 18 vjeç, flisni gjuhën shqipe, dhe jeni duke përjetuar emocione të vështira, stres ose gjendje të mërzisë, atëherë ju ftojmë të merrni pjesë në këtë studim.
