App gratuita de uso exclusivamente profesional de la Sociedad Española de Epilepsia.La SEEP se ha consolidado como la principal sociedad científica española dedicada a la epileptología (entendida como la ciencia que estudia la epilepsia y las crisis epilépticas en cualquiera de los ámbitos o aspectos integrantes que estén relacionados con las mismas).
Desde la SEEP ponemos a disposición de los asociados esta App con el objetivo de conseguir que los distintos profesionales implicados en el cuidado del paciente con epilepsia o en la investigación de la enfermedad (neurólogos, neurofisiólogos, neurocirujanos, neuropediatras, investigadores básicos, enfermeros, técnicos, psiquiatras, psicólogos..) tengan en sus dispositivos la información necesaria y útil sobre la epileptología y las actividades que realiza la Sociedad.
Como por ejemplo la difusión de trabajos científicos españoles, destacados casos clínicos, registros, podcast de interés y guías de consulta como es la “GUIA de interacciones – ANTIEPILEPTICOS” en la que se muestran las posibles interacciones que se puedan dar en el tratamiento de la epilepsia con fármacos antiepilépticos (FAE). Además, esta guía pretende informar al profesional sanitario de la existencia o no de interacciones durante el tratamiento de un FAE con otro/s FAES, de un FAE con otro/s fármacos de uso habitual, de FAES en situaciones especiales, de FAES en comorbilidades y de FAES con COVID-19.
