Download ICE - in case of emergency APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

5 ★I have only just found this app. I was looking for something that would be accessible before the lock screen. This does exactly that. Wanted this for my husband, as has a few serious conditions. Very pleased with information you can put in. I have added it to both our phones.
5 ★This is a excellent app to use and have on your phone it as certainly does what it says on the tin. If you have got medical issues then this is the app for you. Everything is in the app for you to use and log your details and medication what you take plus you can put your weight, and height and blood type in. What more can you ask for well worth 5 stars and more.
3 ★Initially I would have given this app a five but it has now decided not to display on my lock screen. (Hence downgraded to a three). Not sure if this is the app, my phone or my antivirus causing this. Any suggestions would be gratefully received. Thanks
4 ★I'm a 21 year old HLHS patient who can drive and do things on their own and it's nice to have this on my phone in case of an emergency! Only thing that would make this better is: 1. Make the ice card available from the lock screen, 2. When entering in doctors numbers it would be nice if I could jump to the next line down and enter I a second number instead of just entering them horizontally.
3 ★When populating with personal date it will change at some point after with the incorrect information. There is not a "save" button to complete entry. Gave it three stars because after getting it set up it seems to work so far.
1 ★What good is it if EMT's can't access it from a locked screen? Update 1/30/2016. Still the most useless app. Will not open from a locked screen. Fix this!!!! 2/4/2016. Thanks for responding, but this doesn't solve the issue. It does allow the ICE card to be shown at all times. I have set ICE to show an icon in the lower left of my lock screen (similar to my camera icon on the right). I can swipe the camera from the lock screen and have access to the camera without unlocking the phone. But the Ice icon opens the password screen. I would like to see it respond the same as the camera app...don't appear unless I (or an EMT) opens it from the locked screen.
4 ★Have been using for a few years. Does almost everything it should. Wish it would be available on locked screen, my Alcatel XL won't show it. Next would be a desktop editor for the database. I am not a good typist in a phone keyboard.
4 ★Really pleased with the ability to access from the lock screen. However, would prefer not to have the solid white block background. Would suggest full width white border only, maybe with white text inside saying, "Emergency Information". Still waiting for some response to previous request for you to accommodate the information being displayed in two languages. Suggest English and one other. The language seen when the app is opened being selectable by me. I can then change the display if I go on holiday.
4 ★Takes over my phone in less than the normal "sleep" time, even when using phone. Major pain if needing the number screen to answer prompts. Also would like greater control over doses and times for meds. Otherwise great.
4 ★I like the app but took me a while to figure out how to use it. Would be helpful if it was more user friendly. Once I was familiar with the app it was easy to work through the various screens to input data. Would be nice to have the option to call or text as not everyone uses text measaging
5 ★I just experienced a heart attack last month and decided I needed to better prepare myself for the unknown, just in case. If you find a better one let us all know. I thank God for a second chance.
5 ★I love this app. I wanted something that could be opened even when my screen is locked - because obviously if you're in a serious accident you won't be in a position to tell the E responder what your passcode is - and this app does just that!
