2 ★The support chat is broken, doesn't let you type. Also, this railroads you into making a separate personal address, with no way to change it to business in the app. I can't believe they spent so much time trying to make a good customer experience and forgot to give you the option to upgrade to a business plan within the app.

1 ★Scam the mail centers will steal your checks out of your envelopes cash them then your credit cards you will find them to be used on the gambling websites around the world

2 ★The app keeps crashing when I try to order any service such as scan or shred. It was working well before. The customer service can place the order when contacted, which is good, but it takes a long wait. I had asked them to fix the app. It has been two weeks and nothing happened. Now I have to call them again to place more scan and shred request for new mails. Not at all convenient. Hope they fix the app soon otherwise it is useless!

1 ★It's better to what? Why didn't you tell me this 3 years ago? Staples, Ontario California sends my mail back. Bank told me my mail has been returned. Hidden charges and no customer service. There's a storage fee after 30 days and even if mail is picked up, recurring charges will be charged. It's better to get a mailbox at a local mail store or the post office.

1 ★Issues since the last update. Keep getting logged out every time I close the app. Also keeps freezing up. App wasn't that great to begin with but they made it worse. Almost unusable now.

1 ★App is buggy. Support is useless. Reply: Yeah, I've seen that response from you on a number of reviews. You're implying that since so many of your customers are happy, it must be the reviewers fault that there is a problem. Have you read the reviews??? I have and it seems like the overwhelming majority of your customers are Very Unhappy. Quit pointing fingers and fix the many problems!!
