5 ★Great menu building and shopping list creating app. Choose any dietary restrictions, or menu styles (Paleo, whole30, gluten/ dairy free). Build out your menu for the week and it automatically builds your shopping list, down to the spices. It's fairly easy to import your favorite recipes from across the web and adjust the shipping list to suit your needs. It's a little clunky to move menu items between days in the menu, but that's the only real issue I've had since figuring the app out.
5 ★I originally started using RealPlans as an aid on my Whole30 journey but it quickly became apparent how beneficial it would be in my ongoing health journey. Once I had a hang of the system, it was easy to use and maintain which is crucial for building the habit of meal planning. Further, it means my meal history is accurate and I can use the information to better understand how foods are impacting my health (sensitivities, allergies, etc.) I was able discover a significant Nightshade allergy!

5 ★Real Plans has made meal planning for Whole30 so easy and I am happy I signed up for this service. The creator even did a zoom meeting, to give me a tutorial. This is a great service. Oh, by the way, the recipes are delicious and you can choose how much time you want to spend prepping or how many ingredients you want to work with.

5 ★I've enjoyed all the recipes I've made. Everything is so tasty and easy to make that I wish there were more recipes.
2 ★Not a good candidate app for FODMAP specific experience. I bought an annual subscription for this as everything is gated behind a subscription, then found out that if I wanted FODMAP specific recipes in my subscription, I had to pay twice the price! Who thought of this? My FODMAP restrictive diet won't allow me to try like 80% of anything that's outside that diet that contains onion, garlic, wheat or lactose. So double the price for half the recipes I can eat. No thank you :)
4 ★I live it now but it has a learning curve and a few glitches. I whish I could transfer my shopping list to my grocery store app. Maybe someday
