I have been trying to get a refund for events canceled by Covid, and they don't offer phone support, only email, yet it takes days or weeks for their representatives to reply. It's been a month since I reached out and still no refund. Do not order tickets though SeatGeek!
1 ★Me and my cousin were going to our first hockey game and paid a lot of money for tickets. When we scanned the tickets it was popping up an error. We asked the support guy about it and he said seatgeek sells tickets to more than 1 person and its first come first serve and that we have to contact seatgeek. We have been on hold for over a half an hour and still waiting currently outside the stadium for someone to pick up. We are missing most of the game. Never buying from seatgeek again
1 ★Waste of time and effort...thanks SeatGeek. Wife and I drove 6 hrs for a surprise bday gift, first time to a Penguins game. Nope, never got the tickets. No number to call, only automatic email replys, just the customer service everyone hopes for. My question is, how is this company even still in business? Sure my lawyer will have a field day with this. Thanks again SeatGeek..
1 ★Really dumb and user hostile you have to download the app to get your tickets. If I could get these tickets without seatgeek I would but buying tickets in general is weird. Check the latest reviews that are all 1 star, this trash developer must be buying 5 star reviews from click farms to have a 4.1 overall rating.
2 ★This was the hardest I've ever went through for tickets. After 2 months I finally got them. So many unanswered emails. I was truly worried I'd miss the game. I dont like this 24hrs before game stuff either. I'd like my tickets right after I pay for them. I can honestly say I won't use seatgeek again.
1 ★I mistakenly bought two of the same tickets for the event, I tried customer service and it's just trash and I called them and that's also trash, been on hold for hours, seatgeek needs to go out of business if they don't help their customers with there problems, one star because I couldn't put zero stars.

1 ★Customer service the worst...if they had zero stars i would give them that...I have emailed them multiple times and I only received computer generated emails that tell be nothing. I just lost over $800 as they will not refund!! Good luck anyone that uses this app.
2 ★Excited for a real rival to Ticketmaster and StubHub but the fees are now just as bad. Sometimes theyre more than half the price of the ticket! The fees are ridiculous.
1 ★Was just denied entry to an event because we didn't get enough early entry tickets. Why would we buy 4 event tickets and only 1 early entry (only $15 each)? Good question. Garbage held up by garbage software and rigid garbage policies. Thanks for nothing.
