How to install Mood Tracker by Pixels APK on Android phone or tablet?

Include a diary entry, photos from that day, or just choose your pixel colour and emotions. I find being able to track my mood and look back to find patterns in how I've been feeling very useful. It helps me track my cycle, my moods, and caves of depression, when you have a really bad day it has a nice message and it makes my life a little sweeter everytime (only a 4 because I can't transfer what you've saved from 1 device to another so every new phone I have ost my data.
