3 ★I have had a decent number of vouchers from this app, and I always use it. My 3* review relates to the fact that some businesses decline my claims on the basis that the app wasn't used the last time I went on their website to buy something. This annoys me, as I always ensure that I do
3 ★Good little way to make some savings, but be aware they it's all based on tracking you. So its denies your cashback if you use adblockers and tools to stop tracking. Which isn't clear when you install or have a claim rejected. Just pause them before you use it and remember to turn back on later, if you want the cashback
1 ★Been a nightmare the past few weeks i have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling. But worked great beforehand whatever update has been done its not working... i have obviously tried the retry button several times as would be much easier that having to reinstall
1 ★Disappointed, waste of time 50% of the transactions don't appear on TCB. You have to clear device history every time. The ones that do, rarely convert to cash. I've had payments pending for 6 months! Not the best experience.
1 ★waste of time. it keeps virtually all of your money and even takes membership fees. It is pointless using it. There are no incentives or rewards whatsoever. Despite them trying to market themselves as doing so, don't fall for it like I did. They will tell you anything to get your details and custom. Yet they then force you to go down routed you don't want to to try to get any of your money back. worst app ever.
1 ★Normally this is quite a good site, but... It hasn't worked for the last 6 days and just says there's an error. No updates showing and deleting then reloading didn't work either.
3 ★have used this app a while. now wont load homepage properly with bottom banner saying retry. i have seen on another review, they were told log out and in again. this is in fact impossible as logout can only be accessed via bottom buttons, which, in fact, as covered with your banner saying homepage wont work. seriously looking at other cashback apps also i have tried. im for deleting
1 ★Was great with no lasting problems but recently the app isn't working. A message keeps appearing informing me that they are experiencing technical issues with the page that I am trying to get to but this is happening on every page that I am trying to access.
3 ★I've used Topcashback alot over the years but lately the homepage and searches will not load or display meaning the app is basically useless to me now. The recent bug fixes haven't sorted this and there's no option on my phone to push an update through for the app.
5 ★I have saved nearly £1k over the years I have been using TopCashback and have used the money for general spending and towards holidays. Great deals with lots of very well known websites, including insurance products. Highly recommend. Also do recommend a friend offers and regular extra cashback deals. Love it!
5 ★Great app for saving that little bit extra. It would be helpful if top cashback could give a notification when cashback is available for website when using a mobile phone as it does on the desktop. I don't always remember. But still, I love the app.
4 ★Not without it's problems. Bought something through their own car insurance comparison and no cashback despite specifically choosing that one for convenience (not cool cos it was a beastly £40 lost), but mostly it's superb and free money when it works!
