Sulbar dalam Genggaman adalah sebuah aplikasi berbasis android yang dioperasi di smarphone. Aplikasi ini memuat tentang Produk Unggulan Daerah (PUD) Sulawesi Barat yang meliputi enam sektor pada enam kabupaten sesulawesi Barat yaitu sector Pertanian dan Perkebunan, Pariwisata dan Budaya, Kelautan dan Perikanan, Perindustrian, Energi dan sumberdaya Mineral, Infrastruktur, Perizinan serta pasar UKM.Aplikasi ini adalah bagian dari strategi untuk mempromosikan PUD Sulawesi Barat dengan cepat, mudah, murah, efektif dan tepat sasaran. Disamping itu juga sebagai wadah untuk promosi bagi produk UKM.
Selanjutnya aplikasi ini dinamakan “Sulbar Dalam Genggaman” oleh karena aplikasi ini dioperasikan pada smartphone yang hampir semua orang terutama investor menggunakannya sebagai alat untuk memudahkan urusan. Reformer asumsikan bahwa smartphone berada dalam genggaman yang setiap saat dibawa kemana-mana. Ketika investor ingin mencari informasi tentang PUD Sulawesi Barat, maka cukup dengan menginstal “Sulbar Dalam Genggaman”lalu memilih fitur-fitur dalam aplikasi itu, maka akan muncul informasi tentang PUD.
