Buku Si Mamat merupakan singkatan dari Buku Saku Siswa Matematika Matriks. Aplikasi ini merupakan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis android yang mendukung peserta didik untuk belajar secara mandiri tanpa terkendala tempat dan waktu. Aplikasi ini juga dapat membantu guru dalam kegiatan proses belajar mengajar di kelas.Aplikasi ini berupa buku saku yang mengupas tentang materi matriks berdasarkan buku Matematika XI revisi 2017 oleh Kemendikbud. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan berbagi menu yaitu menu kompetensi, materi, simulasi dan evaluasi. Selain itu, pada menu simulasi terdapat fitur kalkulator fusion sebagai alat bantu dalam mengoperasikan matriks dan simulasi CAT SKD Matriks sebagai latihan soal pemahaman konsep materi matriks. Serta pada menu evaluasi terdapat fitur evaluasi Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik (LKPD), tugas mandiri (PR) dan final test untuk mengasah dan menilai kemampuan peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal permasalahan.
Aplikasi ini merupakan hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis android pada pembelajaran matematika SMA kelas XI materi matriks sebagai suatu proses penelitian pada penyelesaian akhir studi Program Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Makassar.
