ProMAP stands for “Programmed Mobility Application Platform” and is a cutting-edge and innovative field mobility solution. It is a data capture and job management application that allows technicians to send and receive work orders, update asset data and issue invoices in real time via their smart device.

1 ★Whoever wrote this program/app should be extremely dissapointed with themselves. This app is very buggy, unable to schedule jobs correctly, signature capture is difficult to use and not user friendly. It also does not keep you logged in which wastes even more time. There has also been an issue of jobs scheduled through the online program not showing up in the app. I would not recommend this app to anybody.

1 ★Absolutely the worst app ever. Very buggy. Daily updates required. Constantly having to unregister device and reregister. Incredibly time consuming & frustrating. Particularly when you consider a subcontractor has to use this app and it costs $100 per year.

2 ★This app is a half way solution. Even when used with the "dashboard" which is required for assigning work to this app. You can not organise that work by appointments or a logical manor which means you need a second program for task scheduling. The work orders section is messy & cumbersome. The email notification system is very basic. Passwords need to be reset every 30 days regardless of settings & the same password can not be used twice. ( This is ridiculous over kill on security & a nuisance). The app does not save passwords either so every time you open the app you must re enter your password to login, this is a painful waste of time. Overall not very user friendly.

1 ★Great when it works, which is rarely. Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall the app to make it work. Requires password changes every couple of weeks which then requires uninstall and reinstall. Usually have sync issues where it claims network issues and the office has to close off jobs.

1 ★Having to change password whats seems like every week is a long drawn out process which is frustrating and time consuming. literally makes no sense to constantly change it.

1 ★Every time the app is updated you have to completely delete it off your device and then reinstall it. The developers clearly don't care what people's thoughts are on their experience as nothing gets fixed.
