How it works:

After you put the “Order Online” button on your website or your Facebook page your customers can place orders. You will be able to take all orders straight on your smartphone or tablet. This orders-taking app turns your smartphone or tablet into an order-receiving device and gives easier and better control over the order-taking process.
Each time a customer places an order via your website or your Facebook page, you will get an audio notification on your smartphone/tablet.
After clicking on the pending order, the tablet will display all relevant details concerning the order: customer details (name, phone number, address) and delivery details (address etc.).
You fill in the estimated time of order pickup or delivery, click accept and start cooking. Your customer will instantly receive an email with the confirmation of the order, together with the estimated time for pickup or delivery.

2 ★Love everything about app, except alert. Please make volume control and notification ring tone options. This is a phone app and it causes problems with other apps. Make a pop up notification opt instead of ring tone. Disturbs patrons. Thanks....
1 ★Good luck pairing the app with a wifi or bluetooth printer. Has not worked for me yet. I am assuming the printer I purchased is not compatible with the app, although if wifi and bluetooth, you would think they would be able to make a connection somehow.
5 ★I have been using this app for my restaurant that I open 20 years ago. It was a little difficult getting the printer setup but after that it has worked without issue.
4 ★Try to make a sound notification when we receive a new order, the notification rings only when you open the app. Try to show the product image too for which we have received the order.
1 ★Terrible app. Sound is way too lound and cannot be changed. Rings even when phone on silent! Please please do something to stop this

1 ★it worked great with old android version but always missing orders in new android tablet I turned off the power monitor that puts the apps in sleep mode but still missing orders even it shows that the app is online .
4 ★No internet connection error . Even my internet working fine. Since its free so its not mean it work so bad. It work but with errors.
