L'app funziona in combinazione con il software PICH - Presence Intelligent Check- sviluppato da e-Lios s.r.l.Per usare Pich app basta appoggiare il badge aziendale sul dispositivo nel momento in cui si entra o si esce dal turno di servizio e attendere la conferma di avvenuta registrazione dell'ingresso o dell'uscita.
Nella versione completa, i dati vengono trasmessi dallo smartphone in tempo reale (in presenza di connessione dati o wifi) al software web PICH, utilizzato dal datore di lavoro per gestire le presenze del personale dipendente, generare report di monitoraggio sempre aggiornati e interfacciarsi con i sistemi usati per la generazione delle buste paga.
