FEATURES
◘ Taking pictures of the work
Add a photo or attachment by importing it from your photo library or taking a photo instantly with your Android device. You will be protected by keeping a proof of the works in image. The photos will be inserted into the work order (PDF).
◘ Signature of the client
Have the client sign directly to your Android device as a work approval. He is then able to consult the work order and approve content. Your signature and your client’s signature are then transposed on the work order (PDF).
◘ Mobile billing
Speed up your billing process by adding products to the invoice on the spot and directly from your Android device. Your products, such as workforce or specialized parts, will be selectable from your database.
◘ Barcode reader
Speed up the entry of your products in the invoice by scanning them with our barcode reader using your Android device. Your barcodes are then linked to your product database and all you have to do is enter the desired quantity.

Manage your employees' timesheets by allowing them to enter their time entries manually or automatically. Validate the authenticity and validity of time entries effectively. You can also generate timesheet reports.
◘ Geolocation and GPS tracking
Geocoding your tasks and customers with Google Maps. In addition, you can GPS track your employees in near real time. Our Map module allows you to geolocate your tasks, equipments and human resources.
◘ PDF sent to the client

ProgressionLIVE easily integrates with Acomba, AcombaX, Sage50 and Quickbooks Online accounting software to speed up your billing process. Synchronization of your customers, products, product categories and taxes is done in one click. It is also possible to convert your completed ProgressLIVE tasks into an invoice in Quickbooks Online and import quotes.

2 ★Too many steps between updating each delivery. When delivering without signature: location only then save. With signature: just open the signature window and THEN confirm "Change to Delivered with Signature" once you've entered signee's name. Also on Androids...selecting yes/oui on ANY screen is time consuming because you have to make sure you touch the button in the sweet spot in order for it to register. Super annoying and lots of time wasted. App is okay...but could use some updating on streamlining process to reduce time wasted finicking with design errors/unnecessary steps.
2 ★The app will not connect with my cell data! Says no network. Only app that will not use cell data on my phone! Fix your mess. +1 for stupid redundant key presses also. If you already checked the picture is good, why ask to save again! Filename is useless. Already auto creates the name, do it in the background.
1 ★for the time I used it, I hated it. Made my phone "black out" after signatures, many lags..

3 ★The app really needs to add ability for one signature for multiple items. Even to add pictures and same location for multiple items would be a bonus too. This will help streamline large drops and really get guys moving fast.
5 ★One complaint small... green button for writing/ adding is too big and gets in the way!
