Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★Perfect for heavy sleepers! The picture alarm forces me to get up and take a picture of the sink...only thing is I wish it was able to know when I'm away for work so it doesn't expect the same picture
1 ★Used to love this app but now it's genuinely awful. Since the update before Android 10, the app has been freezing during every alarm every morning. Usually I have to restart my phone to be able to silence it at all and when I do the app won't show me the alarm when I turn it back on so I have to wait 2 or 3 minutes to go off again before I can silence it. Uninstalling for now until they can find a fix.
4 ★Once were ok. But even 4.3.1 not capable of functioning on android oreo, missing alarms all the time. Would not recommend if not on legacy android. Completly useless in current state. (Edit: was contacted by support) Apparently there is workaround: First and foremost disable system-wide adaptive battery setting in android battery menu. Secondly, disable battery optimization in alarmy app info menu.
1 ★Since the last update I'm able to disable the alarm easily without taking pictures or solving problems. I just press the snooze button once and the alarm automatically turns off. Tried using it without the snooze option and it still disables on its own. A message stating that "will not work properly until granting permission" keeps poping up. I've already granted every permission there is, and tried uninstall it and download it again. The same issue keeps happening.
3 ★App is very awesome and my favorite alarm app. Worth paying to remove the ads. The issue I am having now is that after the Android 10 update , the alarm screen will not appear on the lock screen. Making me unlock the phone, click on the notification, and turn off the alarm. If this gets fixed, it'll a 5 star app for me
1 ★I've used this app for over 3 years and it's always been amazing. This new update messed everything up. My alarms aren't being loud despite being given all the necessary permissions. It has been so much less effective at waking me up and isn't working like it's supposed to anymore. This "aesthetics" update made its functionality worse.
5 ★Exactly what I was looking for. Perfect for morning alarms & naps as well as any timers and reminders I need to set. Amazing amount of customization without forcing any features on you that you don't want to use. Looks really great. Easy to keep reoccurring alarms. Awesome! Love it! "And please fix the recurrented alert for permission bug."
4 ★I really like the app, but theres an issue with the setting that doesn't let you power down. If you tap fast enough, even with normal stock animation speed, you can still get it to let you restart/power down. Is there a way to fix thus, maybe even by adding root access and another separate setting that uses root access to not allow power down? That'd be great
1 ★Been an Alarmy user for years, but it no longer works, same as others have reported. On 1/3/2020 I updated to Android 10 on my Samsung Galaxy 10+, and now I cannot snooze or shut off the alarm without restarting the phone. Alarmy Pro UI also doesn't load while the alarm is sounding. Fatal error. I emailed the developers and will reinstall and revise this if they fix the bug.
1 ★Since updating my S10+ on Dec 16, 2019 to turn off my alarm I can't snooze or cancel the alarm. I need to restart my entire phone to disengage. I can't open the app when the alarm is going off either to turn it off that way. I tested it again this evening after uninstalling/reinstalling to see if the issue persists but it does aaaaaaaand now it's uninstalled because of that.
1 ★Worked great for years, but now I have to restart my phone in order to be able to shut off the alarm. Really disappointing cause I like the extra loud randomized ringtones and the ability to customize how to turn off the alarm (besides shutting off the phone).
1 ★Still my "go to" alarm due to the features, but sadly android 10 screwed it over with security issues so that it no longer locks the screen, you now have to dig through all your notifications to find it and turm it off since it's no longer on top. Update. After reading reviews and searching the store it's now bumped down to 1 star since the devs doesa blatant money grab by no longer supporting this app and not advertising that they have a new similar app that works so that we have to pay twice.
