5-3-1 log app to plan log and track your powerlifting and strength training Wendler 5 3 1 workout program.No more fiddling around with printed spreadsheets at the gym.
Enter your current 1 rep max and the app will calculate and manage your workout program.
The app will automatically layout the weights and reps for each workout day.
Tapping on the weight plate logo will take you to the upcoming workout session. You can also deviate from the order select any lift any time. Perform the lifts and save it.

5 ★Always loved this app. Being a competitor this such an easy way to follow a tried and true strength system for a month or two if you're feeling lazy about crafting a program or not wanting to invest in a coach for maintenance. Definitely reccomend for someone looking to move on from your basic 5x5 program and into more competition style programming. That being said I recommend really having a coach check out your main lifts just to ensure you dont injure yourself attempting a 1rm.

5 ★It's great, does everything I need. Only complaint would be that I wish finding some of the settings was a little more intuitive but that's not a big complaint.
5 ★Awesome. Can customize a lot of things and lots of options to meet all your needs/goals. Takes a little time to go through everything, but once your set it takes care of all the thinking and lets you just focus on the lifting.
5 ★App is fantastic... AFTER, you get the hang of it. Definitely a learning curve, but the customization is pretty great after you figure everthingnout. I am still giving it 5 stars because it's just that good and worth the admission price and dev support alone. If you are doing 5/3/1, def get this app.
5 ★Great way to keep track of workouts and progress. 531 doesn't have enough volume for someone who is an advanced lifter, but is a good base to work with and volume can be added easily within the paid version of the app.
5 ★I bought this app a few months ago and am trying to restore the app to a new device but it doesnt give me the option to install and I seemingly have to repurchase the app. How do I restore my purchase to an otherwise great app? Edit: ok seems to have worked. Doesn't show me a message that its only active for 3 weeks. The app is pretty good and quite customizable. Have used various other apps across the years including Jefit and Strong Lifts.
4 ★Good, comprehensive app with tons of customisation options. The only thing I I really need is the ability to add custom templates. At the moment I can only customise the default ones, which doesn't give enough flexibility
5 ★A great app, so many 531 options to tweak and alter to your needs. It would be great if the 7th week Deload was integrated so you didn't have to set up the weights and reps yourself. Upgraded to 5 stars, turns to out it has all the different 7th week deload options available to select! Thank you for helping me find it developer!
5 ★Great app with tons of features like the timer with notifications and plate calculator which are a must for me. The customization options are really extensive so you can truly tailor it to your needs! The dev is also responsive and helpful to inquires via email as well.
5 ★This is a really great way gain quickly. It is a very easy to use structured app. I've only recently discovered that you can add your own exercises to your routines as well which has been a game changer to keep the sessions varied. Well worth the money. Thank you
4 ★Great app. I would love to see better tracking of assistance progression. I'd like to be able to quickly reference the last time I did a particular exercise from within the current workout screen. Keep up the great work!
