1 ★I downloaded the app, posted my question (which was just like other questions). I'm new to this so I posted the same question in two different forums. People replied, but I couldn't see them because the site banned me!!! I emailed them to ask why and no response.

1 ★Horrible moderators. Any opinion you give I guess that don't agree with your called a troll and banned for life. Don't waste your storage space on this.

1 ★The app is ok I guess. And the community is nice and supportive. The problem however are the admins and moderators, they are absolutely horrible people. I join this app and posted a question, asked for simple relationship advice (I asked how people normally date in college, do they ask someone to be their girlfriend and then take them on dates; or do they take them on dates and then ask them to be their girlfriend? It was a genuine question). I also went on other people's threads and tried to give my opinion and real advice to help them. But within 30 minutes or so I get permanently banned for being a troll. So I send them an email asking why and how I was banned. The response I received was extremely rude. They banned me because they thought my question was stupid and inappropriate (when there's much more inappropriate questions out there). So I ask if I can be unbanned because I genuinely wanted to be a part of their community. The response was a straight up "no way. Stop asking to be let in retard". And they then proceeded to not only ban my account, but they banned my IP and email address as well. So now I can't even send them emails. Here's another thing though, it turns out that the app/website have rules, but they are obscure and difficult to find. The problem with the rules though is they don't really make sense. One of them is that if there's a second account with your same IP, both are banned. If there's an account with the same email address as yours, both are banned. Neither of these rules take into account that there could possibly be multiple people with different accounts living under the same roof or just happen to use the same email. Honestly though, it seems that the main rule that you need to follow isn't even listed: conformity. Basically, if you don't believe or have the same opinions as the moderators and admins on here, your instantly banned, most likely for life. And just for having a different opinion or for being unique. So don't waist your time, energy, or storage space downloading this app, it's the worst decision you could make.

3 ★When I first found this site, I posted about a very difficult situation I was in. The responses I received were so comforting and uplifting. I then posted again a few days later just to get more advice and comfort. When I went to go back on I received a message that I had been banned for life for trolling the site. I don't even know for sure what that means. It has taken several emails and I'm still not sure if I can get in this site.

5 ★This app works unbelievably well, everything is there. No glitches. As 10 + years ENA member i really enjoy this app and I thank you for making it.

1 ★This is the absolute worst Forum or relationship site ever. If for some reason the moderator or whoever runs this thing doesn't agree with your opinion they will ban you for life. They use the excuse that somebody else in my house was using the same router and also posting on their site. They then claim that because two people on the same IP address were using it ... you are banned for life. It's funny how I never saw that in any rules or anything related to the site or the app. So I email them and they were as arrogant as rude as anybody I have ever dealt with. These people are complete jerks they don't just say hey by the way what's going on is somebody else using it through the same wireless connection? Is there another user? No they just ban you for life. They're very freaking rude when you ask them why. Then I looked up on the internet and a lot of people have been banned for life for whatever reason. If you're going to invest your time in a forum or a group don't make it this one because it would shut you down in a split second and then take an arrogant attitude with you almost scoffing at you for asking them for an explanation. These people these people are rude and complete jerks. I would recommend to everybody: do not waste your time. Because whether you've been a member for two days or two years ... they don't care .. it doesn't matter. They just shut you down and say your banned for life. Why?? Oh that's that's because we don't like you. Stay well away from this app and stay well away from this forum if you value your time. And you can check on the internet for banned on enotalone for probably hundreds or thousands of other people did they took attitude with. What it basically represents is a censorship. If you don't agree with their liberal ideology or what they think is right they find a reason to silence your opinion. I stand 100 percent against that mentality. This isn't Soviet Russia or Nazi Germany. So again you will only hear the opinions they want you to hear (in my opinion) because they find a way to ban anybody they disagree with. I've never given an app or website such a seriously negative review. I am not that type of guy but in this case I think I'm actually being too kind. I simply cannot find the words to better emphasize my disgust with the arrogant authoritarian jerks that run the app and the website.

1 ★Starting with the email couldn't confirm email it kept telling me that the username was already taken the email I had was already in use. So I said wth just F it...

1 ★Admins are terrible, I was banned and cant even see the reason why because I was banned... No idea what I did and I guess I never will. I dont think they know what their doing.

1 ★The community is fine. The problem is the moderators. I stated an opinionthat a mod didn't like and was called a troll. I was told that from Kam, amod, that no one could possibly be so blind and stupid. Apparently thinkinganything they don't agree with is grounds for a uncontestable life ban. Iwas also a community member for many years. I have never seen such a poorlymoderated forum. It is absolutely horrendous.
