1. Click on “+” button to add a task.
2. Add the name of the task.
3. Choose Category (default Categories are all the rooms in your house, but you can edit the Category on the Settings)
4. Add the due date for the task.
5. Add Repeat frequency. “No repeat” if it’s a one time task or select the repeat frequency. (For example: Repeat every 2 days)
6. In the Settings, you can set whether or not you want to set a reminder and what time will the app remind me.
7. When you are about to do the task, press on the task and Start Timer. You can also Mark as Completed.

5 ★Update: The back-up is fixed! Sam responded quickly. I like the customization to my house, lifestyle, and schedule. You can save your back-up to SD, and transfer it to your new phone or computer. The upgrade will auto-backup daily for you, and gives master lists to customize quicker if you want. This app can really help you have an organized life.-----Because it is completely customizable you could use it to keep your sh** together at work too, kids schedules...whatever your routines need to be.
3 ★Exceptional EXCEPT needs a few tweaks - web interface, multi device sync, duplicate tasks, etc. Without these it is a little cumbersome to setup. A few improvements to make it more user friendly would make it 10 stars. I love its simplicity, no extra stuff (rewards, etc). Unlike other reviews I was specifically looking for an app that was for converting my weekly cleaning schedule into an automated task.
4 ★Really like this app. It's helping me to stay organised, finally. I just wish that I could view all the tasks on a calendar setting so it would be easier to see how the tasks are distributed (ie too many/not enough on certain days). I find it really difficult to visualise what is coming up. I do really like the app overall and will continue to use it.
5 ★this app is very helpful. Having 2 littles I have always struggled to keep up with the house. i was always cleaning instead of spending time with my kids. now i have 2 or 3 tasks for the day and me and my kids have plenty of time to spend together! I chose to walk around the house and create tasks that need to be done instead of the paid version and it has work wonders for me!
5 ★I bought the paid version, which gave me access to a starting Master List of suggested rooms and chores within them. This probably isn't necessary, but it got me past the initial "geez, I have to enter EVERYTHING" stumbling block, which might have stopped me from diving into using the app altogether. You can choose which chores to add from the Master List (if you buy the paid version), or add them yourself, for the things that aren't included or are in different rooms than you have them in. You can also edit chores, so if "Empty Bin" doesn't ring right for you, you can change it to "Take out trash", for example. This is nice because I like to break up my chores into smaller bits that I can finish in a short time and click as Done. I might not have time to "wipe out all kitchen cabinets" for example, but I can create separate entries so that I can "wipe out pantry" today and "wipe out dish cupboards" tomorrow. I'm still adding in new chores as I think of them. In generally, I'm finding I have two different kinds of chores: daily and occasional (my words, there's no differentiation in the app, other than how often something is done) and that this app is helping me with both kinds. Daily chores are things like cleaning the cat litter boxes, making the bed, etc. Even though these are things I don't really need reminding to do, I find I burn through them quickly every morning, because I want to click the little "done" box and get them off my plate. It's nice to feel like you've accomplished something before you've even taken your shower in the morning! Occasional chores (occasional being "anything that's not every day".) are really customizable. I can set how often each chore comes up, not only daily/weekly/monthly/yearly, but "every 2 weeks", "every 3 months", or "once every 5 years" (this was having the service come out to clean out the dryer vents, don't judge me!) You can even set a chore to "every Tuesday" (super handy for things like "emptying trashes" which should be done before Garbage Collection Day (Wednesdays for us). And it's the occasional stuff that's really been being affected by using the app, honestly. Now, instead of looking around the house and getting overwhelmed by the clutter (which you eventually kind of become blind to), each little chore is its own project, and I can set /my/ preferences on how often it gets done. Sure, some folks may dust their living room every week - but if I've been lucky to get to it once a year, setting it for every month (and actually doing it!) is a huge step forward. Things I never remembered (or prioritized) to do until they were /bad/ (vacuuming, I'm looking at you!) are now getting done on a regular basis because I don't have to assess "is it bad enough to break out the cleaning tools" - it's time to do it because it says it is. Similarly, it's great for those tasks that you know you need to do, but never seem to get around to - cleaning out the top/bottom of the hall closet, for example, or organizing the pantry (and tossing out anything that's expired). I find that if I set the task when I realize it is something that needs done eventually (even if I can't do it right then then), it relieves a lot of the anxiety around the chore (because I know it's not just "I have to remember this!" any longer - it's on my list and will stay there until I do it!) All in all, I'm very impressed!
5 ★I ended up buying the features for the app and I absolutely love it!! You get to categorise 'chores' for each room which is great for me because I like organisation. Because of the app you don't have to keep thinking to yourself "Oh have I done this yet??" Or "Did i not do that??" blah blah blah.
5 ★I've been looking for an app like this for years. installed it a few days ago, and am only using the free version but I love it. I'm not sure about what advantages premium offers. only one I can tell is the free one you have to type your own list. so I'm extremely happy with the app and the free option, especially as I can't afford any subscriptions. brilliant app! a tutorial about how to set up would be great, but that might come with premium.
5 ★On the s7 Samsung I found this app it excellent at keeping me on task with all housekeeping both inside and out side. I found that for me I got lost on the how to use the master list and the general list. I used the master list only find that there was a mistake match of tasks that needed to be done. Apart from that I would highly recommend it it to any one. You will need time to set it up and learn the working of it. Once done the app flows with great easy.
5 ★I love this app, especially that it came prestocked with a cleaning schedule! I use it every day. My one thing on my wish list for this app is the ability to filter by frequency, so I I could see all the daily tasks, weekly task, etc together. I use the paid version of the app. Worth every penny.
5 ★This app is amazing! I use it to remind me to feed my fish, when to mop the floors, when to replace parts of my CPAP machine, when to exercise. . .SO many things! I love the fact that it tells you how long it has been since you've done a task. For example, I know it has been over a week since I've done laundry last; I probably need to get on that. The only thing I wish it did, that it doesn't, is allow me to send tasks to other people via text messages.
4 ★Loving the app so far but would like the ability to add a note to tasks. This would make it easier when splitting chores with family members, for example by being able to break down 1 task into ordered steps or note where tools are. It would also be nice to filter by frequency so that daily tasks would be first so they are first on list if short of time.
4 ★UPDATED Since my 2* rating I've been in touch with the developer a number of times as the Help link is not working. Really appreciate the level of service. Initially I didn't recommend the paid version but after an indepth response I see the value. I love this app the more I use it. Fab little feature, you may have the same task in different areas, go to all tasks enter say 'hoover' and all those tasks will appear and you can tick off in one hit...loads more I discovered. Love it, love it ❤️❤️❤️
