If you spend most of your days sitting – at work, in cars and buses, on trains and planes, and at home in your sofa – this is the app for you. It has been medically proven that all this sitting is bad for your health. The Swedish physiotherapists Britta Balkfors and Jenny Kroon have developed simple exercises that will strengthen muscles and improve circulation. These exercises can be done anywhere, sitting down. And you can do them without anyone noticing. It´s like a secret workout.
