1 ★Every time since you're new rollout I have had to enter an activation key. again while showing property it needed an activation key I couldn't reach my serial number because the only screen that would come up is the one asking for my serial number. waited on hold for 20 minutes and no one picked up. can't wait for another company to come in and wipe this company out of the picture. and it will happen.
2 ★Stopped working properly. the last couple days have been a disaster. I stand in front of the door trying to pull my key up and get blank screens, sometimes white, sometimes black. After multiple tries and restarting phone it finally lets me put in my pin # and open the box. Yesterday we were standing in the rain for 10 minutes while I tried to it to work.
2 ★Update, since last minor update it's becoming unreliable. Since last significant update, doesn't auto update, nor does it inform you it is out of date; also appears to require location/GPS to be on (sometimes warns you). This previously simple app has gone from a reliable tool to a largely bloated application with features many agents will not use (now with development issues). It would be nice to have the ability to enable/disable all but the basics. Seems the app is headed in a new direction.
1 ★Very bad service, but each month the take the money. The agents should to protest with our associations about this problem.
2 ★Better interface than before. But still it's frequently unreliable connecting and working, although this could be a function of how the key boxes are designed or their hardware. Just spent ten minutes trying to open one of my own key boxes. Doesn't even seem to connect if the box is turned on before the app tries to link. If box is turned in after PIN is input, it said it's connecting but it never opened. Yet it worked two days ago and has opened for others.
1 ★These things are such a joke just another way for the boards to make money.
1 ★Crashes my Android 7.0 phone. Supra's website says I just need 5.0. Called support, waited 6 minutes, spoke with support, put on hold, then sent to a survey on the quality of support before ever receiving any. After the survey, my call ended. Called back, waited awhile again for support, finally spoke with someone again, couldn't help, put on hold again. After hold, was told don't know what's going on. Agreed to receive a call back. Support can't even tell me the memory requirements.
1 ★Where to begin on how awful the update was? You do not need my location. The navigate feature is stupid, energy draining & annoying. Please restore the ability to enter the CBS code first immediately!!. It's grossly inefficient this way & a pain to toggle between screens while the lockbox is active. Hate the increasing beeping when it gets to the point where it demands the CBS code. Have to continually reboot when you have more than 2 showings in a day. It SUCKS!! FIX IT!!
3 ★I'm underwhelmed by the new design. It would also be great if the app turned Bluetooth on at the start of the session and off when done. I'm very frustrated when I get in my car after showings and suddenly lose audio on my phone because it's connected to my car because the Bluetooth is still on.
1 ★The app connects and unlocks the lockbox, but the clicking mechanism never releases the capsule with the key. Get stuck in front of a house half the time trying to open the door. Went into another Realtors time slot and he couldn't get it to open either. It eventually worked but it took over 20 minutes to get it to work properly.
3 ★Great app, when it works. I have been held up at showings with clients because my app would not unlock the lockboxes. UNACCEPTABLE. I've been told it doesn't speak well with the Samsung Galaxy S20, and other service people have told me to call my phone provider. It is not my new phone, as EVERY other feature/app works as it should. Please fix this!
3 ★The key works fine opening the new IBOX. The only issues I have is you can’t trust the show times in or out on the reports. This sometimes updates the next day even when you manually update the key. Most all times default to show a one hour show time and is not correct. Approx 20% of the showings log the correct times and all agents are now using the same systems in our area in S Florida. IMPROVEMENTS are needed and the data needs to be real time ! I had a known showing that did not report at all to Supra app or web.
