3 ★**UPDATE** Working much better now!! It's so helpful to have my clients be able to book their appts themselves and they also recv a reminder a day before their appt. I also send my own text reminder inadvance!! SUGGESTIONS - (1.)It would be very good if there was an option for clients/customers to get on a "Waiting List" (2.) It would be great if we were able to upload photos of services so potential clients/customers can see beforehand!!
2 ★Pros: Easy to use for both business owner and customers, cheaper than other scheduling services, sends appointment confirmations/reminders (at least in America) Cons: System goes down a LOT, essentially no customer service other than a chat feature which you might or might not get a response to, options super limited (ex. no 'merge' function for records, cannot send mass texts to clients even for an additional charge, can't search for clients by anything but name so no phone#, etc)
5 ★You can fulfill a service and 3 weeks later a client can ask for a refund and get it even if you challenge it.. I think I lost over $300 in 2 years. I'm done using the banking option for this app... It's still really good though...
5 ★Please Assist us in finding a solution to block people that didn't pay. Our Clients pay Manually(Outside the App). May be we can give coupon or some login details to those who payed. It can be an on/off feature. Thanks. Please bring WhatsApp notification to South Africa. We are waiting. Patiently 🙏🙏
5 ★I have been using this product since 2016 and I still give it a 5 star review. Still this good --->This has been a great product with attention to detail while remaining simple to use. I have used many different online schedulers and this one is easy peasy. Love the app. My clients love the app. I had a question today and the online tech support was fast and great....even though it was my own "user error". I recommend this app to anyone managing any kind of appointments.

1 ★Was 5 stars when it would sync with my Google calendar now it says the credentials or something is bad. I emailed the company and never got any response.
5 ★2 New features please!! Is it possible to add a way to the calendar for a customer to input a coupon code and get a free booking without paying a deposit.. (2) would it be possible to make it required that someone put in a phone number for text message and not just an email most people do not check emails.. otherwise this app is still super great one of the best on the market.. this app is one of the best computerized receptionist.
