Aplikacioni “Tirana Ime Outdoor” (TIO) i jep fund mungesës së informacionit orientues për aktivitetet rekreative të kohës së lirë për qytetarët dhe vizitorët e Tiranës. Ideja u propozua nga APR – Bashkia Tiranë në GoTirana Smart City dhe u jetësua për të ofruar një informacion të përditësuar, në një klik të vetëm, të destinacioneve, mundësive e propozimeve për jetesë të gjelbër, shplodhje aktive dhe rigjenerim e meditim pranë natyrës.Aplikacioni TIO shërben si një udhërrëfyes me informacione të detajuara mbi destinacione të reja natyrore, shtigje në harta orientuese për të pasionuarit pas ecjes, ngjitjes dhe pedalimit; vendndodhjen e shesheve rekreative gjithëpërfshirëse të nismës Luaj@Tirana; rezervime të Fushave Multisportive, Teatrit të Hapur në Parkun e Madh dhe Instalacionin Reja; kalendarin e aktiviteteve rekreative që zhvillohen jashtë e në natyrë për të gjitha grupmoshat; pika interesi outdoor; gjithçka në gjuhën shqipe dhe angleze.
