1 ★Absolute garbage app. Not only are you forced to use it, you can't actually buy tickets. I've selected my team and no games show up. I now have a $70 credit I can't use because they cancelled opening day and refused to refund my money.
1 ★I just bought tickets. I've been trying to close, reopen, close, update app, etc since I've bought them but am still unable to see the tickets. I checked my email and it shows as if they were purchased through Ticketmaster...? Can't get logged into that app. Appears as though I can only access when logging in via the email confirmation. Odd, undesirable and frustrating change from just a week or two ago when I was easily able to access tickets almost instantly.
1 ★WARNING: transferring of tickets will show the email address of both the recipient and the sender. Had I known this, I would have used a different email address. Also, the stadium refused print-out screenshots of the app. The reason was that someone could screenshot the QR, forward the ticket to another person, and then use the screenshot to enter the stadium before the intended recipient. This can be fixed by generating a separate QR code upon forwarding and deactivating the original.
1 ★This app is horrible. It's so cumbersome and difficult to use. Forwarded tickets take forever show up if they show up at all. Half the time the sender has to recall the tickets and resend them. You really need to work out the bugs in this app.
1 ★I've bought tickets on TicketMaster, StubHub, SeatGeeks, and so on... This MLB Ballpark seems to just not work. My card was charged, I got the email confirmation, but no tickets! Unacceptable! This app appears to total garbage.
5 ★Is there an 800 number? I was given tickets that were forwarded to them from the buyer, then forwarded to me. I am unable to download the tickets on the app because I'm the third person and they only ask for the original email. Can someone please help me? Thank You
1 ★I got "logged out due to inactivity." Although, I'm 99% sure what my login was, I couldn't get back in. I tried hitting reset password, but every time was told "reset password failed." Previously, only used the app for Dunkin promo. The first days of winning, the email was blank so redemption wasn't possible. Now, when they were finally working, I can't login to my account to redeem.
1 ★hv6r.app.link - will not open in app even though it is set to do so within app permissions. This prevents me from being able to use the app to purchase food at the ballpark, which is required in order to purchase from some vendors/stadiums. I had to download the iphone version to get this to work. It will not work on my Pixel 5
3 ★Wasn't displaying my ticket, kept saying "unable to retrieve ticket details". For everyone having this issue, I had to select "my team" in the app and it suddenly displayed my tickets. Hope this helps!
1 ★This app used to be great when it was used to check-in at the stadium. However, now that they added the digital ticket interface the app is broken. It says that I have tickets in my wallet, however, it endlessly is "loading your tickets" when I go to access the tickets. Absolutely absurd that the MLB is requiring its fanbase to use a broken app to go to a game. (Issue on Samsung Galaxy S10 and Android 11)
1 ★I would give this app 0 stars if I could. I got it to get tickets transferred to me and literally never got the tickets to show. I verified 2 email addresses and spent 2 hours going in circles. Finally found the tickets in some kind of Ticketmaster host site for the MLB team, and STILL could never see the tickets in the app or the Ticketmaster app! I would say stay away but if you get tickets from work welcome to hell.
1 ★Really garbage that I have to download this app to just view tickets instead of just sending them in an email. The people who came up with this idea should really be ashamed of themselves
