• My Vital Data – includes your personal information:
* Medications
* Lab results
* Recent visits
* Shot records
• Change/Add Member – Gives you the option to change or add a new Member.
• Urgent Care Centers – Provides a list of doctors in your area including their address, phone numbers, hours of operation and maps.
• My Messages- Displays any incoming message.
