4 ★Just loaded on 7/23/19 and appreciate what it does do. It doesn't do 'everything' but enough to ,ake it worth having.

1 ★this app really sucks. cant use any features, there is always the "oops" message. I would call for firing the IT employee.

1 ★The ability to log in by fingerprint really means having to type in your password to log in for this app. Other apps have this feature done right and done secure, not the Anthem App.

1 ★Terrible user interface- cant enlarge nor zoom in on tiny print- no breadcrumbs and it takes forever to login or it thinks you've changed your password when you haven't.

2 ★Know your cost feature doesn't work, just sends to a phone number to call. If I wanted to talk to someone on the phone, I would not have downloaded this app.
