1 ★The app is horrible! It doesn't work most of the time. It's almost impossible to add offer codes! It's very frustrating! It has really gone downhill in the past year. And YES.....I have the most updated version!!! I have deleted it and reloaded it a number of times trying to get it to work better!
1 ★This app is terrible. The font is so small when you attempt to use the search function. When and IF you can find something you are actually looking for, it won't allow you to click on it to add it to your cart. Don't even try to add a promo code or coupon that you've earned by spending hundreds of dollars with VS - it won't work. This app is absolutely worthless.
1 ★Ugh. You cannot use the back button to get out of the item you're browsing because it takes u to the home screen. If you use the "X" button to get out of the item ur browsing it takes u to the top of the previous general list of items/categories ur browsing. Nearly unusable as an app. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Whatevwr UX company is programming this app is a huge fail. No workarounds, ridiculous.
1 ★App is extremely frustrating to use. It refuses to let me login to my rewards account. The email bar just highlights red and the sign-in button doesn't work at all. I have to sign in on the actual browser website and shop on there if I want to use any rewards benefits. If I'm looking at an item and hit the back button once on my phone, it takes me back to the home page instead of where I was in the viewing list. These are just a few of the bugs I've noticed.
2 ★I'm echoing many other frustrations here, but it's also my experience that I cannot open my shopping cart to place an order. It always has trouble and asks me to reload the page when I try to view my account information. I most often run into at least 1-2 loading errors. I have tried this on my phone using cellular data, wifi, the app, the website, and my computer. None of which are the problem. When I can ACTUALLY use the app to actually make and track purchases, it's great.
2 ★I have the latest updated version, I just downloaded the app yesterday, but it's very glitchy. Things randomly quit loading or connection suddenly drops. I tried it both on and off wifi and 5G, but nothing seems to make a difference. I finally go everything to go thru as far as purchasing after a couple hours of off and on trying. Visually, the app is pretty pleasing tho, and it's easy to find most items or similar items
1 ★*I DO HAVE THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF THE APP* The app is unreliable. It will be working fine, then all of a sudden everything times out and it asks you to reload the page. You reload the page and it doesn't reload. It's terribly frustrating. There have been multiple times I have wanted to order from the app and I never place the order because it gets glitchy and won't allow me to finish. I've abandoned at least a dozen orders because I get frustrated.
3 ★I'm giving this a 3 for now because when the App works its great but over the last couple months it has been beyond frustrating. It will work then after a few transitions between pages it won't load, my shopping bag will show as a blank page (which has caused me to lose out on items with limited stock cause I can't checkout), etc. I have force stopped the app & it won't help. Yes, I am running the most recent update. Eventually it comes out of it but it take forever. Please fix!!!!!
1 ★My experience with this app has been a disappointment. This app sucks. VS needs to do a little re-hiring with their app people. I don't think they know what they're doing. Everytime I try to use the app or the website, it just crashes. I get error messages all the time when I try to go to the offer tab. When I go look at my cart, it's a blank page. VS, you're becoming one huge disappointment lately.
2 ★Every month I have to change my password to get into my acct and make a payment. This is incredibly inconvenient and frustrating when I am being constantly locked out of my account. And after filling in all the payment info to make a payment, thinking it was submitted and then finding out I have missed a payment because it did not actually go through is also time consuming and costly in late fees. I tried calling customer service during normal business hrs, and the automated system hung up on me
1 ★Whatever bugs the new update has needs to be fixed asap. I gor good bars, I've used wifi, I've also turned off my wifi, as well as restarting my phone. Pages won't load, cart won't load, can't buy anything and I was needing new under garments, can't look at any offers, or even apply any when the one second it does load, won't pull up items im specifically looking for.
1 ★7/24/23 still not happy with the app, I can't use the back button without undoing my search. Sometimes I want to view an item without buying, I want to keep viewing other items under search parameters, NOT redo my whole search!!!! Latest update doesn't allow me to make payments or even see prior payments. Trying to call and make a payment was very tedious and annoying, NOT EASY. FIX YOUR SYSTEMS!!!!
