Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★This has to be the most annoying application ever. I do not wish to use it, but everytime I connect my phone to the car usb - it asks to download the app. I could not find a way to make it stop, and had to download it. Once the app is downloaded, it is still very intrusive - it projects itself forward in front of other apps. Turning off notifications does not work! I get it, you want to gather data about the car, about the our driving habits etc. but this is too much!
1 ★Unfortunately I have no idea what this app is used for. I do not have an I Heart music or Slacker music playlist. it constantly tells me to connect when I'm not in the car. I paired my phone and receive my calls just fine, just not sure why I would use this app. there are no directions or guides and support is limited to pairing. if anyone uses this for anything on their phone please reply so I can get some benefit too!
1 ★Worst app I have ever experienced. Is it so hard to integrate Android auto like you do Apple? If I could rate it lower, I would. Constantly receive an error on my car that there was an error downloading. Downloading nothing btw. Hands down worst app. And leads to a terrible car experience.
1 ★Featureless. Entune is the most lackluster and disappointing software package on the market. I am awestruck that such a wildly popular vehicle maker would invest any time or money into it's production. It's the core "mobile" interface of the vehicle with access to only TEN apps, most of which you wouldn't even THINK to use while driving. Yelp? Weather? Sports? Stocks? How the hell do those improve my driving experience? Entune is the single, weakest element of my otherwise awesome 2019 Camry.
1 ★TOYOTA SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR 1.5 STAR RATING AND FIX THIS APP!!! I just purchased my first Toyota and I'm very disappointed in Toyota's technical support for Android. Don't they know that android phones are more than 50% of the market? This app literally doesn't do anything, yet I have to have it installed for my phone to connect?
1 ★My phone and car ALWAYS disconnects. It will literally drop my call, seconds later decides to connect again. Worst of all, when im using the navigation system and it disconnects in the middle of driving. So much for safety. I have two phones, one android and one apple. Both is not will well recognize by Entune. Definitely not a phone problem. If I could choose my own apps for my car, Entune wouldn't even last a day.
1 ★Doesn't work correctly in my 2019 Rav4 EXL. Will connect via Bluetooth, doesn't stay connected via USB, apps come and go. This makes the Scout gps useless. The four favorite caller settings work when you set them, aren't their when you go for your next drive. The assistant hasn't recognized my voice commands yet. Still trying to articulate verbal commands. Asking it to call someone is like a box of chocolates. You get what ever one it wants you to get.
1 ★This app is literally making me regret buying a new camry. It fights with the gps app, only connects 1 out of every 10 tries and cuts out in the middle of driving. I want to take my car back, i hate this radio system so bad! UPDATE: After one very pleasant trip to my local T-Mobile store I am now the proud owner of an iphone and a radio system I don't hate. Not cheap, but the only way to reduce my buyer remorse! Carplay is VASTLY superior to this garbage program. I just wish they had android auto support, because carplay is not as good IMO.
1 ★Don't be fooled into thinking this is comparable to Android Auto! This app is completely useless. Didn't provide any projection features on a brand new Rav. Wasted ten minutes of my life installing this app, then updating the companion app in the car, and all it can do is stream audio over Bluetooth - which you can do without the app. Curious how much Apple is paying Toyota for exclusivity, but it's ridiculous that they are this unfriendly toward Android owners.
1 ★Over complicated my smartphone with pop-up ENTUNE every time i opened my cell! And this "pick one button" nonsense,,,! i picked my up volume, then lost control of VOLUME! Like Toyota Map, this software package STINKS!! Uninstalled, but "one button" is still Messing up my cell's Volume button!! Pissed off by such a lousy Toyota product!!
1 ★Can not use maps via USB. Connects at first then drops. 3000 miles on a brand new car and am still trying to figure out how to make it work. In all fairness, Samsung J3 is old and the usb socket is questionably loose, although it charges fine. New car and now I need a new phone just to make sure.
2 ★I just bought a 2019 RAV4 Hybrid and like many other owners and sales reps, am baffled by Toyota's resistance to putting Android Auto into the vehicle. It's no secret that this is a major area of disappointment. To further sour the experience, the Entune App randomly turns on within my home. I'm not sure if it's due to my proximity to the car or just randomly turns on. Additionally, the "App Suite" doesn't even work so I don't even know what's available. Touch the "App Suite" icon and nothing changes - am I locked out, disconnected, what? - no message. Looking at the actual Entune 3.0 system in the car, I feel like I've traveled to the final days of Garmin & TomTom. Nothing is really integrated and although it clearly says I have a "Projection" feature to duplicate my phone display on my Entune, apparently I have an "Incompatible Device." I have a Pixel XL - why is it "incompatible"? Anyways, I would rate Entune a 1.5 as it's really just a poor attempt at Car Play & Android Auto. If you won't support the AA please allow my phone to project.
