Le projet « Parcours verts et actifs : J’ai ma ruelle à cœur » est une des 181 initiatives issues de Je Fais MTL et a comme partenaire officiel Montréal physiquement active. Par la création de 4 parcours-pilotes, l’objectif du projet est de miser sur les ruelles vertes existantes pour favoriser, développer et mettre en valeur le déplacement actif dans les quartiers et chez les jeunes, l’activité physique, la socialisation et les connaissances culturelles, artistiques et historiques.La présente application mobile vous permet de mieux vous orienter sur les quatre parcours d’environ 5 kilomètres, grâce à une carte géolocalisée de vos déplacements.
Des points d’intérêts thématiques (activité physique, arts et culture, histoire et patrimoine architectural, initiatives vertes et citoyennes) viennent bonifier votre déambulation sur les parcours. Ces points d’intérêts ont été proposés par différents partenaires et il est aussi possible pour vous de proposer des points d’intérêt (voir section information). Ils comprennent des vidéos, des images, des liens vers des sites Internet et du texte.
Un plan de signalisation a également été développé par le REQ. Celui-ci prévoit un logo et une signalisation hybride, conjuguant l’utilisation de marquage au sol et de petits drapeaux de toile accrochés à certains poteaux permettant de se situer sur les parcours.
Les parcours ont été mis sur pied par la collaboration active de trois éco-quartiers, trois arrondissements (Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Le Sud-Ouest et Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie), de nombreux partenaires locaux et du Regroupement des éco-quartiers (REQ).
