3 ★For the most part I really enjoy this app. But there are a couple of things that I have to mention. First, there's not a huge selection of games. Second, it takes forever to build up the wscore after about a thousand points and recently in December, I had 547628 points which is $50. But this month just for $10 free play l gotta have over 9 million wscore points just for $10 free play. What the hell is going on?
3 ★I love this app but I noticed about 3 days ago during tournaments my points aren't adding to my score properly I've been having to go out of the game and back in during a tournament which takes time just to get my points to updat and I've already uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still doing it then I noticed there had been an update around the time my issue started. Please fix. I will come back and change my review once the app is fixed. The app is legit.
1 ★I love playing in the tournaments. It allows me to take my mind off of everything going on in this world. I even have timer set on my phone so I can join every tournament however, the app keeps freezing when trying to join tournaments. Please fix, love playing. Will change rating once app is fixed.
2 ★I should really give like a 2 star. Im wondering why im not getting no options in the store for any free play.. Whats going on with that? Alot of complaints on that.Im really starting to loose interest in it real quick. Some have made alot more than others. Only option i have is for online drawings which i have never won at that. 5 ★Great safe place to have fun and meet people from the area. I've had some really good times here lately and feel comfortable and and safe there. Winning has been a struggle at first however over time I have experienced a positive change in what they offer and it has changed my luck and understanding. I think this place has made a positive impact on the community and seems to do what ever it takes to ensure you have a positive experience.
1 ★This is the worse it has ever been. Constantly freezing. I uninstalled it then installed again but it's still the same....it's horrible!!!!
1 ★If anyone has had success on this app, they must be a high roller losing lots of money in between small wins. These ugly games appear to be controlled behind the scenes. You need 800,000 points to enter a drawing for a few dollars of free play. If you start winning the games freeze, sputter, hesitate, black out and kick you out. Points are incredibly hard to get. Nothing works. Complaining gets you blackballed and you lose, lose, lose, big time. A time waster.
1 ★Every tournament lags and will not let me join until 10 mins into!! Not to mention you don't have the option to buy free play in the wstore only tickets....its ridiculous!!!
4 ★I thoroughly enjoy the app. At least the slots part of it. However, I understand that in order to keep bugs fixed and to add new slots that there must be updates. But, I find my time being wasted a good bit because it freezes up a lot and then sometimes, it just won't load certain slot machines. I have auto updates turned on for my app but sometimes I have to manually go to the Play Store (I'm using a new-ish Android device/phone) and select the Wind Creek app for an update.
2 ★It has been 4 days now and I still cant get the update to download. And it dont let you get to games or anything unless you update it and there is no options or choices you must update. So please tell me what I need to do to get my games back
2 ★Not great. Most recently when I press to open the app, it just immediately closes. I found that the comp dollars, food credits, and casino points on the app were never in sync with what appeared on the slot machine, the notifications I received by email, what the card desk staff told me, and what the restaurant cashier saw when I paid for my visit. It was like flying blind. The games were awkward and slow, never won anything in the drawings, and never found a reason to use the chat feature.
1 ★I have tried for several months to login to this app. Every time I try, it says invalid password. I hit the "reset password" icon, it emails a link to "reset password", I reset password, go back into app and it continues to say "invalid password". I contacted support, got one message, asking for my email and current password, never heard back from them. So frustrating.
