5 ★I had alot of problems with the original app version not registering thecorrect time zones which was putting out all my scheduling setup. But nowI'm happy to say that issue has been fixed along with quite a number of UXimprovements. Keep them coming.

3 ★Overall the system works, but it needs improvements. Quick to access widgets to control the system and please for the love of God make a device that can stick to the wall near the door that can control the smart home system rather than access this slow to load app. Just a simple switch to change the system from "home" to "away" while walking out the door. I look forward to seeing how telstra continues to innovate and improve the smart home system, but sadly if these innovations are not made quicker then I can't see myself continuing with the system beyond the 24 month contract. Please make it easier for us to suggest improvements, as the end users we use the system on a daily basis and know best how it can be improved to add user friendly features. Also please work on speeding up the load time of the app.
2 ★I've just spent an hr individually deleting media. Really no multiple delete come on telstra I'm paying enough for it, your nbn by the way is woeful. I will be calling to relay my disappointment.
1 ★useless, waste of money, limited time recording,freezing slow apps.my neighbor stolen their bikes and my useless telstra smart(?) camera did nothing coz this apps has limited and short time recording. better buy a real security camera than this useless device and apps.
