2 ★Like most things that Telstra does, this app falls short. I am incessantly being told that "something went wrong. It also offers information that is inconsistent with other Telstra services - for example when trouble shooting an SMS problem the app said there were no service interruptions, but the web-based telstra service check confirmed there was. While trouble shooting the same problem I followed a link in the app to a Telstra instruction, but got an error 404. It's just a sloppy app.
1 ★Just doesn't work. Try to access reward store - blank screen with a circle going round and round to show it's thinking but nothing opens. Often when trying to get into the billing info just keeps shutting down. Perform update same issues
3 ★What's going on with the app at the moment? Nothing is loading, the app constantly buffers when I open it but nothing else happens, apparently my account is invalid, I have never had an issue with this before, something is seriously wrong here folks, please advise on this thank you.
2 ★App sort of works. Like others I have to login twice all the time. First time it just says "Loading" forever. Every reply from Telstra says "Sorry, we can look into this for you". You don't need to - just look at the other previous reviews that say the same thing as I'm writing here. Telstra clearly haven't fixed anything so I won't hold my breath. Every time I update the app I wonder if it will be fixed in this version. It never is. Thanks for letting me vent.
1 ★Made for marketing rather than customer service. I can do basic things you would expect from a telco app, but marketing and advertising takes up the bulk of the app and they even push marketing notifications which is disgusting and a disgraceful feature to force on app users. It's not like they ask permission or provide an alternative app for people who don't want nonsense. Shame Telstra, shame!
3 ★It's a more convenient way to recharge your phone without having to get a voucher. I don't get why the app takes you to a website to recharge prepaid accounts. Telstra needs to look at how other providers around the world design their app. We should be able to top up our prepaid account without 'leaving' the app.

Even trying to pay accounts takes hours of trying, frequently wiyh no success, resulting in penalties for late payments - is this an intentional revenue raiser Telstra? Because if not, for a telecommunications giant, your system is rubbish and the customer frustration is real.
1 ★It was a horrible app years ago, and it's still a horrible app today. Full 5G reception and it still fails to load the majority of the time (even though I can download at 300+ mb/sec. I end just using the website because the app is trash. You'd think the countries biggest telco could develop an app worthy of use.

2 ★Every time I open the app, I use my finger print to log in and it just gets stuck in a loading cycle until I exit it, then re open it. Very frustrating. I've uninstalled and updated the app too.

1 ★Always notifications of updates coming on a notification. Do not want loud notifications. Simple email is enough. We have had nothing but problems since shifting here.. After the storms had minimal service on the phone and no wireless network connection. Very disappointing.
