4 ★When am send to photos and images through hike apps to other users, upload on time automatically reduced photo file size with less clarity. Can be possible to set limit for less than 10mb files without loose. Because many friends say to me. Very less Clarity with files also. May you rectify as soon as possible. Note : can to be provide to options for settings for files size and high clarity.
1 ★The app gets stuck/hung when I try to take a picture directly from the app. It's so frustrating to go back to the camera n then upload the picture from gallery.
3 ★this app so good for few feature,but boy this app is full of bugs, i just found few like, chat theme doesn't change for my friend when i change in my chat, search messages feature doesn't work for the second time, and while you Search the messages become empty, and few messages won't be delivered or missed without our notice, there are more man, fix them folks
4 ★It's a good app, that I can recommend my friends... From past 2-3 years I'm using it.... But whenever a new update arrives an old feature is removed that was greatly working and now-a-days I'm facing problem in hike i.e., I'm not able to send files... It is showing "could not upload file, check network settings" error, but I'm on WiFi.... Please check this error and give me good results... As soon as possible... - A friendly user of hike.
2 ★I stopped using hike just because its complicated. Its always disturbing. I like that old version which was simple with timeline and chats. There was no such things that someone else could send friend requests. Its like a mini facebook now and no more simple hike! I have uninstalled thats why. But I used to like the old version very much. Once upon a time hike was the most used app!
1 ★I was a very big fan of hike. But today, I bought a new phone and I've been trying from the past 2 hours to restore by old backup into my new phone. Everytime, I install and try to restore, it says something went wrong and then does not restore my chats at all...Fed up of trying to restore the old chats. I have tried backing up again from my old phone (probably 50 times), transferred the backup files to my new device and tried restoring from phone backup (probably 10 times) and also tried restoring from the cloud (probably 20 times). And all I get is nothing. Those chats are very important to me and I am unable to restore them into my now phone. 😭😭😭
2 ★worst performance in terms of backup and restore. if you are taking backup and uninstalling your hike, please don't expect that you'll get all your chat back. it's better to use WhatsApp Messenger only. At least they give gou the surity, you won't lose you information.(via GoogleDrive) Dear Team Hike, stop treating us like a kid. please Go and check you mailbox you will get all the mail communication ( more than 2)Which is still unanswered from your end. rgds Mritunjay
2 ★I started using this app 6 years back. It was working amazingly. But I am facing issues since last 1 month. The messages dont get deliver to recipient even the internet service are working well. It shows "Send Free SMS. the recipient is offline". Even the app is up to date. This is very irritating. If this continues then I am back to WhatsApp. Also cannot find Hike on playstore through search bar. Please resolve at earliest.
1 ★I am hating this application now, every alternate day it says Hike daily is not available and that robot Natasha who would provide Hike services she just disappeared I don't know how and why, I just don't understand why is this happening I had also reported about other issues on Hike but there is no reply from your team. I hope you see my review here and reply back or atleast get the issue fixed. -Thank you
4 ★Is there a possiblity to switch hike from one device to other device, having same chats and all? I have tried this using phone backup. I have backedup my hike account, copied to SD card and inserted SD card on the other phone, then pasted my backup to new phone device. My new phone is able to recognize my hike account but it failed to restore chats. Its popping up, 'Something went wrong while restoring chats' . Could you please explain why is it happening and how to restore chats in New phone?
3 ★Too many notifications from this app... And sometimes it happens like, the hike msg rings and we think that it is the msg from somebody which is expected.... But it is a notification many a times... So plz fix it... I don't think these many notifications are really needed... We check hike 100s of times a day... So plz take a action on it..
4 ★Everything is working fine now. Now we got Hike cloud , i asked about it. Only one thing More i need, then i will complete my rating to five stars. Telegram saves every message to cloud instantly without any backup thing.It's really great. we can open account with direct uninstall and without doing backup. It's really really great.Please see this feature. If u will implement it, Hike will be best and advanced app ever. believe me. and no doubt,Hike always better than Whatsapp with all cool stuff
