1 ★Every single time I go to open the app there's an error with connection. I have to close it out wait for the message to go away and then reopen it. Every single time.

1 ★SO BASIC!! this is the bare minimum of features here you can only view the resrvations not put any in talked to there office and they dont even care about it they simply said "we just made it more optimised for iphone and ios im sorry" what a joke i have to now call my own store to put in resrvations that i should be able to do in the palm of my hands they really should step up their game on this app they just dont care its not like they said theyre even thinking of making it better. SMH

1 ★This app only have full functionality on iPhone which is absolutely useless knowing most ppl work with android. But worse than that is the company which tries to get to big chains doesn't have dignity to respond to all these one star ratings. So it shows how much they care about their customer service. Shame!!!!

1 ★Completely pointless if you can't make a reservation in the app. For something that cost so much per month you would think you could afford some developers to figure this one out. What a shame.

1 ★Unreliable, throws me off connection or signs me out if app is closed. While notifications still pop, I can't sign in and frankly I dont even want to - just uninstall with rage

1 ★I can't even get to the restaurant page to look at reservations, it won't let me search for my restaurant or anything. Awful.

2 ★Good when it works but struggles to sign in with the s20 both on WiFi and data, It's not my log in incorrect as I will then use a laptop in exact same way and it's fine It's a very buggy app I'm afraid

3 ★Criticism of this app has been valid. Not being able to create / modify reservations doesn't make sense. Why is an iPad necessary?
