1 ★The VACU ID part does not work at all!!!! I have been trying to validate my vaccination Card and it is unable to process my information. Also, for family Member that have been able to get a digital vacu ID, the QR Code won't display anything when scanning.

1 ★The appointments software engine isn't working. It won't allow me to make appointments from any of the vehicle centers. Trying to book one for a loved one who needs a disabled person ID for the car. Not happy with this.

I'm trying to pay for a speeding ticket that I got while I was visiting my mother in Puerto Rico using her car and I can't even sign into the application to pay my fine. Useless useless useless!

1 ★Does not accept my pin to log in. When I go to verify my licence or plate number to verify my pin, an error screen pops up. I disconnected all accounts from device, and when Im going to fill in my licence or plate number to access my account again, I get the same error screen.

2 ★I can look at the fines and print the License for renewal but can't pay them. It is inconvenient!! I'm uninstalling this app as it is a waste of my phone space

1 ★I actually give this app a zero! It does not work at all. I uninstalled it immediately! I'm just trying to obtain my marbete documents for renewal which I was unable to do from the CESCO website and not from this app either!

5 ★It's about time that here in Puerto Rico we have an app that helps you do things alot quicker without having to deal with the insufficient service at the physical location. 🙂

1 ★I can access this application on my old LG G5 but for some reason I can't access it on my LG Velvet. Can't understand why since the LG Velvet is a newer phone. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and doesn't work with LG Velvet !!!! I also updated the app and still not working.
