1 ★Doesn't work on my Samsung tablet. If I take a photo then try to create a palette, when I save the palette and try to go back, the photo is gone. If I reload the photo and try to load the palette I created, it restarts the app. This is frustrating because I've used this feature in a browser on my computer with no problem. I can't even use the browser version of colorsnap because it forces me to use the app since I'm on my tablet. Really a bummer.

1 ★Can't upload pic to use app as intended, to see your room and determine if you like the color!

1 ★Last version was a pain to use. You couldn't paint walls of a room in a photo more than one color and everytime you selected a saved palette you had to reload the photo. But this new version is worse! It keeps crashing when you try to load your saved palette. You can't even use it!

1 ★App doesn't even function as it should. Cannot take a photo from within the app. Cannot add a color to the palette to be able to visualize on my own picture. Seems like this was thrown together so that they can say they have an app without providing any actual usefulness.

1 ★Not very useful AI for outdoor paints and navigation through screens can be frustrating.

1 ★When you try to paint a wall (or picture) it always starts out with default ugly colors. Once you have a wall painted and try to save it, all it does is save the color, NOT your picture of what it looks like. VERY disappointing!

1 ★Would rate 0 if I could. No control over how it paints, choosing colors is not intuitive, and the resolution of your photo is lowered dramatically. Makes things look horrible and has been a complete waste of time.

1 ★App doesn't work on my Pixel 4 phone. I try to paint white but it just turns grey. If I try to paint a darker color, it paints black. Palettes also do not save. They just revert to the expert colors.

1 ★Cannot differentiate objects...took a picture of my house, tried visualized color and it paints the sky along with my roof, tree and house. Completely unhelpful.

1 ★Very difficult to navigate. Gave up after several attempts to change color pallets. App kept taking back to home screen. Don't waste your time.

1 ★Terrible. Always crashes when trying to load a saved palette after uploading a photo. Have to re-search and add the colors after uploading a photo each time because it won't load the saved pallette. Also impossible to find the HGTV Sherwin Williams colors.

1 ★Doesn't work and keeps crashing. Won't allow me to sign up says no browser installed on device. Tried to see paint colors on my walls and it won't take a picture, won't allow me to change colors, and won't load color palettes I want to use.
