1 ★Installed fine, logged me in via Facebook without a problem... but even though I entered my phone number and selected Canada, I got no text or call with a verification code. Maybe it just won't accept a Canadian number; if so, they're missing a tourist market.

1 ★I am getting really tired of using this service when I need it the most and the drivers aren't ready when they accept the ride. I book when I'm ready and then they make me late because I'd either have to wait or look for another driver who is sometimes furthe away, making the situation even worse

4 ★This app is AMAZING! The rides are reasonably priced. The drivers are very polite. You only lost a star because I was expecting more late night drivers. But otherwise 10/10

1 ★Not receiving Verification Email at all. Keeps saying "Request already in progress. Please try after some time" for weeks now. Unable to get transport via this app as a result. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, still nothing.

2 ★great idea but I can't seem to ever get a taxi. tried it on 5 different days and different times but no luck. the chat support is excellent though. so. 2 stars.

1 ★Apart from the high fees, Customer support is not helpful. Very dissatisfied. Avoid the headache. Much better ride share apps out there that actually care about their customers.

3 ★Again...tonight i travelled with this ride an its the same damn thing the moment these rides notice they almost to your destination it slows down an you end paying more!! from a ride that should be $30 it end being a whole $46 thats nonesense..tonight was my last using this app
