I have given documents on same day i.e 17th May. They transfer my request to concern team for installation on 17th May. But no response received by the team yet. And I am chasing the team for installation past 5 days. But not get any solution. I told that they forward my query to concern team.
1 ★Worst network connection please don't take this Wifi.. Automatically restarted every halfhour.. Otherwise without internet we watching that wifi adapter box, when internet will come. Really waste of money. They collecting high amount for 6months at the time. Installation fees 2000 it's too much. Really worst 👎
2 ★If you want to become a call center executive and call the customer care 5 times a day then go for excitel. Either they will provide superfast speed or no internet at all. Also don't go for long plans because they don't have refund policy if you r not happy with the service.
1 ★Let's set aside your broadband connection speed, even your app works so slow.. I'm facing frequent disconnections from more than 1 week but there's no resolution of the same. Your franchise and regional partners are so uncooperative.

1 ★Worst Internet Service Provider. You will keep facing the issue of speed and frequent disconnection doesn't matter how many times you complain. The things will remain as it is.
