Download RC Phone APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings

1 ★Just got RingCentral, the guy assisting with set-up was barely able to help. The app uses the dialer on Android, he says that's the way it is, yet they show screenshots of the dialer and it's in call tools, which I'm told by this idiot none of those can be used on Android. Last time I checked Android is 80 + percent of all phones on the planet. It's overpriced junk.
1 ★Horrid excuse for a communication platform. We had to sign a contract with them, after switching over, phone calls are broken up, dropped calls, most frustrating system. Don't do it if you're thinking about it. They won't let you out of a contract even if they can't provide decent service. Their support is a joke. Nothing good here, move on.
1 ★Terrible app. When using bluetooth does not stop the call status so nothing else can play- music, media etc. Have to shut down the app to gain ability to listen to music. Quality of sound is variable. Texting very slow. Does not ring half the time or rings once and hangs up calls from time to time. Not a phone you want to rely on.
1 ★I have samsung s10+ and this APP is totally wasted! I have created support ticket and sent them debug report and it still haven't been fixed!. I am having same problem that everyone else is having with android pie. The app gets to "scroll down to unlock" screen and also most of the time my customers won't able to hear me unless I do hold and un hold. this is really annoying and I can't do my business like this!. I am thinking to switch to another provider. I am paying double compare to other providers out there!. Support seems to be responsive but they are useless and wasting my time all the time. I have spent over 2hrs but still nothing!
1 ★This app is almost as bad as Ringio. The screen does not lock when you hold it your head so you when pressed against your face you either hang up on caller, mute a caller or activate your phones settings and turn brightness so far down you cant see the screen or put it into airplane mode whuch kills the connection or if you are lucky like me it will do all of these things.
1 ★Since last updated it's messing up with all of our Samsung phones. Bluetooth doesn't function properly. There is no excuse for a company as big as Ringcentral puts out a mobile app so many issues. We have 150 Ringcentral lines at work and starting to look for other option. We have sales people on the road who try to use this and it's barely usable.
3 ★it doesnt ring in android phones. it will just notify then that there is a missed calls already.. and drop calls as well.. it turn voip unavailable when you go to other applications, then when u go back to check ring central theres a missed call already. . the phone didnt even ring... please fix and update the app... i love the app tho but this downside is very frustrating..
3 ★Update (9/16/19): I had to buy a new phone that had Android 9 in order to avoid the issue. Used toove this app, now that I upgraded to Android 9, it mutes my call as soon as the screen turns off , or when switching apps during a call. Need a fix for this asap. Once fixed, I'd give this a 4 or 5 star rating again. Until then, business is disrupted update: I'm told by RC tech support that they are aware of this issue with Android 9 and there is no fix for it
1 ★It's like this apps entire development team is juat one guy who only has access to one device to test his apps on. This app has so many glitches its mind boggling. If I decline a call from this app, I have to completely restart my phone to get the notification that there is an incoming call to go away. Nothing's else works to get rid of it. Nothing works as it should. This app is nothing but a headache.
2 ★Great app, but calls are not coming through for my business. They are coming through to my coworkers' phones and not mine, unless theirs is off. I keep going to my account to change the calls coming in Simultaneously, but it keeps reverting back to Sequentially after I change it, save it, and then log back in.
1 ★the app and phone system work ok, i just hate how when your on a phone call the screen doesn't turn off right and its easy to make a lot of false touches on your screen. its done this with my old and new phone, so i know it isnt the proximity sensor. also if you turn the screen off manually, sometimes you will lose connection till you turn it back on. please fix.
2 ★My company pays an extortionate amount to use RingCentral, and while the desktop version is very good, it feels like the mobile app is an afterthought, and of nowhere near the same level of quality. It's a buggy mess, and using it on a daily basis and only highlighted why this app is complete garbage. Calls are fetting stuck in my notifications panel for 30 minutes after I've taken a call, stopping me from being able to answer other calls. I then have to Force Stop the app and restart everytime
