1 ★App doesn’t work. Most of the time it doesn't open. When and if it does work it's slow as can be. Every other app works just fine
1 ★App doesn't talk with website or their system on a consistent basis. I've placed orders and changed delivery date and schedule that never made it to the company, in turn to our driver. I don't rely on the app now, just use it to browse but do everything on the desktop version.
3 ★I used to have this app until I couldn't afford to shop with Schwans anymore, and it took up too much memory on my phone. Now I can't even access the site.
3 ★Loved the company, til the sudden extra charges everywhere on total purchase freon delivery, it's okay but several are now charged & its ridiculous, I buy faithfully as a widow & senior citizen. It's getting impossible to continue with the hugh update prices. Some items aren't completely frozen to a state of completion. Especially ice creams, & some frozen kid treats. Discounts aren't automatically given by rep. Lots of changes I never thought I would see to make this opinion. 14 + yrs I'm a
3 ★The security certificate has expired and I can't access the app . Website isn't working either for some reason and when I tried to use the email listed on the app to contact someone it doesn't go through . I received a message that they do not accept emails from anyone not on their approved list . Please update the security certificate.

2 ★I REALLY dislike this new version of the mobile app. Can I have the list version back, please? If I want to see a picture, I can click on the item for more info. All these pics take up too much space on my phone. I want my list version back!!!! UGH!
1 ★The app was finicky. It would suddenly stop letting me add items to my cart until I rebooted the app. But my real complaint is the service. Over a month to deliver my order? That's absolutely rediculous. Oh and I earned free shipping only to get a $10 shipping charge for ups. What a crock.
5 ★I have difficulty completing online orders, so usually do not order ahead, but wait to ask my driver, Rick for what I want. I did, however, attempt to complete an online order, but did not do so all at one . I ordered a couple of items, was interrupted while completing my order. when I went back to order more items, I could not retrieve my information. I sent a message, as it was a Holiday, got a reply about office closed . A representative would call in 2 or 3 days or some such time frame
1 ★They set a delivery date then no one shows up. I recieved an email stating " sorry we missed you" that's BS!!! I was home all day and there wasn't a knock at the door and my door bell never rang!!!! I'm totally done with them. They're driver must not care and Scwan's don' t either!!!
1 ★Poor experience so far! The customer service is not exiatant. The driver skiped our house and said we were not home. When we called we were told that someone would call us back. We never received a return phone call with order status. This would have been our second delivery. So far we are very dissatisfied and not impressed.
