2 ★Fashion Nova is an great company with cute clothes but the app and website have serious design flaws.When scrolling through items and you click on one you will lose your place of the items you were scrolling though,you have a favorites limit, it doesnt always show all the products, you cant make seperate wish list, it doesnt tell you when you saved an item,if there is an item but the item comes in a different color itll list the item twice and etc!!Extreme app design flaws that are easy to fix!
1 ★Before i would have gave 5 stars. Now that i havent received a package that shows delivered and since its been longer than 10 days i wont receive the items, store credit, or refund to card. The original expected delivery said Dec. 2, with christmas i figured that was a factor, so when i check at end of november it shows package was delivered oct.12 No package came and obviously the 10 days is past because i wasnt looking for package for another month. They want me order agai at 25% off.
5 ★I love Fashion Nova! Not only can I find unique pieces that are exactly my style, but they are always sending me coupons and having AMAZING sales! My husband and I are constantly getting compliments on our outfits! Fashion Nova keeps us looking like a million bucks without breaking our bank account! Oh and we our orders always arrive within 24 hours of placing them!

1 ★DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Placed an order 12/6/20 and have not received it. I sent an email and got a canned response. No where to call and tracking has said ready to ship for weeks now. When ordered it was guaranteed to arrive prior to Christmas. I signed up for text updates and have not received one.
2 ★Needs more development. Filter and sort do not work correctly. Can't click on previous purchases, just have to search for them again. I should also be able to see what sizes are in stock for a color before having to click add to bag.
1 ★I placed an order nothing showed up on my order history on the app it said I never places the order but the money was taken off my card🙄. Then I kept trying to get customer service and their help was horrible 3 hours trying to get the right inform. It's a waste of time and money
1 ★RUN AWAY!! The clothes are cute but the quality of most items is cheap. Their refund policy is TRASH! Customer service is also TRASH. DO NOT BUY unless you are sure you don't care about losing out on that money. You can only get store credit and currently they are trying to charge me $7.99 PER ITEM I want to return from an online purchase. And when I asked to speak to the customer service rep's manager, dude hung up. Fashion Nova sells clothes but they're in the business of ripping folks off.
4 ★When I first downloaded it wouldn't allow me to log in or do anything and didn't receive the emails but the glitch has since been resolved.
5 ★I'm addicted to this website!!! I'm a BBW and sometimes finding clothes that I like is very expensive or hard to find. But Fashion Nova has changed my daughter and I world 🌎!!! Especially since this pandemic started it was so very hard finding clothes that didn't look like someone's great grandmother would wear!! Yes I'm a Nana but I'm a Sexy Nana!!! 😉 🩱👠🧥👙👗🥻👚👖👑💜💙💚💛🧡❤
1 ★Don't buy from this app and website trust me I tried buying so many times and I never got them they just giving me star credit so many times until I build 400 worth of star credit they never refunded my money. I would rather order in chic me and also the representatives are rude. Their hotline are always busy.
4 ★App is really simple and easy to navigate...sometimes will freeze but nothing super major. ONLY complaint is that the app account DOES NOT sync with an online login on a laptop...which makes spending even more money hard - so may actually be a GREAT thing!
