1 ★PLEASE DEVELOP THIS APP FURTHER! I love the concept. However, inspections take several hours to complete because pictures have to be taken separately and attached to the inspection in the full version. If anyone is using it successfully I would like to know what settings you are using.

2 ★Great concept but is almost unusable. None of the functions work as advertised. Using Samsung GS 5 - photos don't sync - setting don't hold, other issues as well. I am advised the fixes are not a high priority & I should not use the Mobile App - instead I should use the web based application via a browser. Definitely NOT a time saver - rather it's a time and money pit! Tech Support while empathetic is unable to resolve any issues. I'm told my issues have been escalated but may take 1-2 months - meanwhile there is no update or feedback.

2 ★Works great for FIRST property. Halfway thru second property app/phone locks up. Change batteries and phone works fine but propware app spins and spins and spins. Even after inspections are finished the sync might spin for 4 HOURS....YUP.....4 HOURS!!!

1 ★Have to uninstall and reinstall all app frequently. Doesn't work on 4G network or high resolution android phones like samsung note. Really love concept and would use it daily if I could get it to work.

3 ★Synching seems fine over WiFi. Biggest problem I have is that the app will not record photos. Received a message "something has occurred, picture cannot be saved". I can take photos with my phone and upload them to the app one by one however this is time consuming. I'm using a Nexus 5 running KitKat 4.4.

1 ★I'm running the app on a Samsung Galaxy S3 and it's very slow and sometimes even unresponsive (i.e. crashes). I also use the apple version and it has a feature where you can hold down the section header and it will check all of the items as "good". This is a great time-saving feature which should, in my opinion, be added to the next version. The app looks clean but until they fix the bugs and stop the crashes I will continue to use the apple version.
