5 ★My favorite thing about Jawbone Up is the sleep info. It helps me know what's going on and I can decide what I want to work on to feel more rested. The stepping info is good too and it motivates me to move more. I also like the coaching messages.
3 ★Not bad. It doesn't update enough and they don't provide new tips. It is the same tips about every 2 weeks. I don't click on half of them anymore. They also don't have any new happy faces when you complete a goal. You only get two choices. It gets boring but it is nice to see the graphs.
5 ★Good motivator. The counter may not be 100% accurate and the sleep tracker can't tell the difference between laying very still and asleep, but it's still a great little tracker for someone who wants an idea of what's going on as opposed to a serious and accurate picture. For the miniscule amount I paid I'm very happy with both device and app.
3 ★No issues on the tracker itself but the app is not syncing with my tracker. My tracker is telling me I've made my goal but the app is telling me that I haven't. When it syncs, it add a few steps here and there but it would say it hasn't updated 20 or + min ago. Pls fix the bug. Thanks!
2 ★Useless. This app usually looses track of the pedometer. It doesn't have a way to force an update on the counter if your steps, so it's kind of more useless than a mechanic pedometer, but more frustrating. The only reason i use this, is because i don't want to have my phone on my pocket when I'm on the treadmill or elliptical. The only reason i went with jawbone is because they bought body media, but i think they just did that to quell competitors that make a better products.
1 ★If I don't activate my bluetooth for more than 24h on my phone, the app can't see my Jawbone UP anymore, it says it's linked but clicking Today to see my activity says that I must add a device first. 100% of times when deleting the UP device and adding it back, the app will crash after the very last step, sometime the app will see my UP after this, most time it won't. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app is not fixing that problem.
3 ★It's not perfect, my connection is always a bit wonky and I often have to reconnect the device. But for the price and what you get out of its good. I use it mostly for the silent alarm, and I am able to log in work outs.
2 ★Have had too many recurring sync issues to be ok, got to be really annoying. Unfortunate. It works fine outside of that.
2 ★I have had 3 same devices and all have easily broken at the push button end. Customer service wasn't helpful. I will not purchase another. Only purchased a total of 3 since I found them on massive clearance. I now understand why.
2 ★This fitness bracelet and app used to do everything I wanted in a fitness aid. Steps tracking, workout tracking, sleep tracking, BUT it no longer supports coordination with my food app.... not happy, considering switching to Fitbit.
2 ★Never synchs. Have to do it every day. Have emailed jawbone several times about it but they have never responded. But love the actual tracker. Just the app that's a real issue.
3 ★I've been in love with Fido, my Jawbone up move tracker for about two years. We've gone everywhere together, a gal and her best pal...! Sadly the past few weeks it's not syncing and is now crashing every time I try to access "trends"... sleep sometimes fails to log and now I can't even log into my account to view data via the website. All that data is lost.. :( I'm really sad cos my tracker is still working fine, but the app and website/ servers must be dead or dying. Time to switch to another tracker. RIP Fido my trusty tracker xx
