2 ★This app was okay watching k dramas. But there was too many ads. And is slow. Another thing is that the subtitles are slow and doesnt match with the words their saying. I don't know how I feel on this app... But the thing is I don't like how you have to pay for the movies/dramas. Overall... This app was okay. I like viki better...

1 ★I have been a plus member for at least a couple of years and just found out that I have to upgrade my membership by $4 per month in order to access the same content. I am extremely dissatisfied with the forced upgrade especially when the server cannot handle streaming in 720p half the time. Of the premium price tag was more reasonable, I would consider upgrading. However, I have cancelled my membership due to the limitations provided by your service. The drama content is limited anyway.

1 ★You have a serious freezing issue when played on android app or web in android and chromecasted. It doesnt happen when played on iphone. This problem wasnt there until very recently so someone must have broken something. Please fix asap as your product is totally unusable right now. One star until this problem is fixed. For specific examples, play doshi eoboo (city fishermen) episode 33. It will freeze in beginning when lee kyungkyu is sitting at his desk being interviewed, every single time, no matter whether via your app or web in android and chromecasted. Also sent you an email about this as well.
1 ★I used this app to determine whether I would pay for the Plus or Premium subscription. I've decided not to pay for either. This app is a mess, whether on a Roku device or mobile. Aesthetically displeasing and confusing interface, and no Watchlist option to keep track of the shows you're viewing. Most of the dramas, and most of the top-quality dramas available on the app, don't have English subtitles. I'm so disappointed because I wanted to watch shows like Bubblegum, Iron Man, and the Recipe.
1 ★This app provides great contents, but their ad system is annoying. I don't mind watching some ads, but this app is buggy and often times play ad and content at the same time. When it happens, you can't stop/skip ad. you have to kill the app and restart. It is a very annoying bug in the software!
