Gestión de las citacionesPor medio de esta aplicación se podrá registrar cuando aborda un chofer a un vehículo designado que transporta a empleados de una empresa o fábrica.
Para la utilización de la app Transporte de Personal es imprescindible tener acceso e interactuar con el sistema Smart Move Pro (www.smartmovepro.net).
Registración: inicialmente en la aplicación se accede con una cuenta de Google y envía un formulario de registro que posteriormente en la web se aprueba.
Citaciones y Alarma: en la web se registran las citaciones para un chofer, un vehículo, un determinado día y hora.
En la aplicación llega una notificación como alarma (un tiempo antes de la citación - establecido en la web) que el chofer acepta. Luego la app empieza a calcular la posición y desvío hasta llegar a la zona de cabecera donde el conductor registra cuando aborda al vehículo.
Mapa: en cualquier momento desde la llegada de la alarma se podrá ver en el mapa el recorrido a realizar por la citación y la posición actual.
