（1）定位：根據使用者當前位置自動識別讀取身邊巴士站點以及站點運行的線路，使用者選擇要乘坐的車輛進行候車；
（2）感知：使用者打開手機藍牙，當巴士進站時，可自動感知進站巴士信息，手機會震動并彈出進站提示框，同時巴士上喇叭會播報進站信息，提醒使用者準備上車；
（3）語音播報：未聽清信息，可通過搖一搖手機持續播報進站信息，找到車門位置，自主乘車；
（4）到站提醒：在乘車過程中，使用者可以設置目的站，通過搖動手機獲取當前站以及距離目的站還有幾站，到達目的站的前一站手機會震動并語音提示“還有一站到達目的站”。到達目的站，手機同樣會震動并語音提示使用者已達到目的站。

視障助乘巴士報站是一套基於感知、精准和個性化的巴士出行服務系統。視障人士等用戶只需打開 “視障助乘巴士報站”APP，同意使用權限手機即會自動定位到周邊的巴士站台。車輛進站時手機會精准提醒用戶，所選定的車輛會個性化語音播報自己的線路名和開往方向。坐車時手機播報途經站點並在到站前提醒。（1）站台
通過BT4.0技術和GPS技術自動識別讀取身邊巴士站台標識信息，自動讀取進站車輛信息，實現巴士進站語音提醒及車輛進站語音播報提醒。車輛進站後，未聽清信息，可通過搖一搖手機重新識別並播報資訊 ；
（2）到站提醒
視障人士上車后，通過GPS技術獲取用戶當前位置信息，提醒用戶當前所在站點以及距離目的站點剩餘距離，并在到達目的站點后進行播報提示（爲了保證乘車過程中能進行及時的提示，即使應用處於後台時也會始終獲取用戶當前位置信息）。
