2 ★Dunno why but recently this app doesn't run well. Last night, for example, it took me 1hour to buy tickets but it kept canceling. When I checked to the XXI, the seat had already booked only one minute before I bought the new one. It completely made me mad. Sorry. Please, keep improving.
1 ★An application that will make you completely disappointed! How come. There are no notifications when your ticket fails to buy. So imagine, when you arrived at the cinema and were very disappointed to see that your ticket suddenly was canceled. Refunds alone are not enough to replace the costs of going to the movies, paying for parking, and even buying popcorn. So again, don't install this!
5 ★The best movie theatre app in Indonesia 🇮🇩 The interface is so colorful with HD images of the movies and also the feature that lets consumer read news article. The seat choosing page is also simple and neat. The payment process uses DANA which in my opinion is easy, trusted and safe. However, there isn't any food and beverages features yet so I hope that will come one day. But overall there is nothing more to complain about this app. It really helps you get rid of the tiring queue. 👍👌👍
2 ★this good app became the most frustrating app ever. at first use, it was working nicely, even I did buy a ticket from here with my pick date. but after that, the app does not respond correctly in my phone (galaxy J2). I cannot pick the date I desired for my ticket, I'm trying to reinstall this app but still came the same. it would really nice to know how to fix this, since I'm a new user here. looking for further good update. thanks! :)
1 ★More expensive tickets, failed transactions, and terrible customer service. thats all you can expect from this app. Bought a ticket and received notification transaction was successful. 20 minutes later and 10 minutes before the movie starts suddenly received notification that transaction was unsuccessful and immediately cancelled. App promised convenience, but instead I had to miss my movie. safe to say im never reinstalling this useless junk.
3 ★Sometimes it is useful and make you easier while you booking a ticket. But most of times this is a very bad app because you need to wait for about 20-30 minutes to get a confirmation that your ticket was successfully purchased or not then you'll get the refund when it is failed. Sadly to know, that your favourite seat has been taken by other after you get notification.
1 ★please redesign the seating map, make it look like the real theatre seatings with screen on the very top, for better user experience. i noticed several movie goers pick the wrong seats, including me. users thought they picked the rear seating but actually they picked the seatings very close to the screen. i think it has something to do with the design of the seating on your app.
4 ★Excellent app, i love how easy it is to use and how it removes inconveniences of queuing for tickets. But i really dont like how the app constantly demands update. I wish the app can still work without updating. My phone storage is limited, and i cant be bothered to clean it everytime i wanna watch something (because the app needs update).
4 ★I will be commenting as UX. This app is quite user friendly despite all payment will be processed thru DANA. Convenience fee is quite high compare to XXI, as moviegoers, I'd take that as a minus from this app, but as long as the promo is valid, that doesn't matter. Maybe tixID should research on customer loyalty, add some points or things maybe...

1 ★I have been a very loyal customer to this app. However this time i encountered an issue. I have purchased the ticket from tix id. The money in my dana account has also been reduced. However there were no notification from tix id or the ticket shown in my account. Please help me to solve this. Thank you.
3 ★A couple of days ago I just updated the app, but today I found a notification that the app required an update and I couldn't even download the update until I uninstalled it and it still the same. The donwload process didn't run as it should be. Fix it and I'll give my 5 stars right away. Thank you^_^
