1 ★Lately its been like error and lagging, I can't even open the app. Its says I have 7 messages but when I open it there aren't any messages. I can't even open shopee tanam. It always says check my internet connection when my internet connection is actually fine.
1 ★don't ever try shopee. so many scammers, phising and untrustworthy merchants. don't buy from merchants with no review, star rating <4, unverified or not star seller. the app is broken, refund process isn't working for bank transfer and shopee pay is problematic. the app is bloated with useless feature like shopee live and shopee video (the video is autoplay). product filter feature is useless and biased. sponsored product always shown at the top despite it didn't match at all with the filter.

1 ★Promonya banyak, tapi kalo transaksinya gagal dan pake kartu debit, duitnya dikembaliin ke shoopepay, bukan ke rekening kartu debitnya. I mean it's not customer's fault, you should put the money back to where it came from without additional charges. Really bad experience
