1 ★Since the last major app update, the starting stop selection is horrible and often does not work. A pity.

2 ★The old version used to work reasonably well but since the update buying tickets is unreliable, often getting stuck after being handed off to the payment gateway
1 ★Ever since the latest update, this app and its UX has been even worse to use. Every time I try to buy a ticket, it keeps telling me to log into an account, even after I have logged in. I also keep getting "Inputs are still missing" warnings when I have filled all the inputs. When I finally hit the purchase button, all I get is the "loading" screen hanging without confirmation of a ticket purchase. This is not good. Please fix these bugs, and do better to check your builds before release.
1 ★Updated and now can't use on my phone. Motorola Play e6
1 ★I was recently checked on the U-Bahn and although I have a Deutschlandticket on my mobile, it was temporarily not displayed in the app. Despite reinstalling the app, the ticket still wouldn't appear, resulting in a €60 fine. While I can reduce this fine to €7 by showing proof of subscription, I find this situation unfair, as the issue was caused by this faulty app.
1 ★The app suddenly stopped working and is asking for an update, but it can't be updated anymore.
2 ★50% of my trips start from the same station. Why can't I select that station, and the other 2-3 I start from must times, from a shortlist? Also: seriously, it won't find "Schlossstrasse", only "Schloßstraße"?!
2 ★Why app does not open on the active tickets tab? I really hate it that every single time I had to reload the monthly ticket, it does not make sense for the user to land on tickets search/purchase in such case
1 ★"This app is not compatible with your device anymore" Could you not? There's no good reason why I should be forced to update when it's just an API frontend. My device is running android 9.0 and there are no features that justify forcing an update for a ticketing app.
