2 ★Mimo's customer service is second to none. I had to call several times and consistently spoke to the same person. He was awesome so I reeeally wanted to love the product and app. Unfortunately not so much. I don't know if it's the product or the app to blame but it rarely picks up my son's breathing. The app will say the turtle is charging or disconnected when it's on his onesie, so I don't have any confidence it would actually alarm if something were to happen. I wanted to love you Mimo, I truly did.
5 ★Audio fixes make this a great overall product for new parents, better and with more functionality than any normal baby monitor at comparable price.

1 ★The app consistently failed to capture changes in both position and breathing. I ended up taking the kimono off and wearing around my head as a joke and it said the baby was asleep and on his back.... I guess the joke is on me for paying $200 for a onsie. Also, with all the talk of keeping your child swaddled on his back why not put the turtle sensor further towards his chest, at least for the 0-3month kimonos? The sensor appears to dig into his thighs , which wouldn't dig into him.
1 ★Doesn't work on my LG Optimus Pro G. Abruptly stops on 3rd setup screen (set up lillypad) every time. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times- No dice. Works fine on iPhone, but I don't own one. Will change rating once this is fixed. Please hurry, our baby is due tomorrow.
5 ★the app had a lot of minor bugs and issues (like getting audio to stream). I'm no longer seeing these problems and the app seems to run more smoothly overall.
2 ★The first night with mimo was a fail. When I turned on my phone at night and checked the app the turtle displayed as not connected, which makes me wonder if it constantly monitors. The monitor is supposed to alarm when the baby is awake, on stomach etc. The baby awoke in the middle of the night and no alarm. I even tested in the morning by placing baby in his stomach with the app open and no alarm. The system is pointless if it doesn't alarm you at night while you sleep. Hope they can fix this soon!
1 ★Please avoid. I don't do this, but felt obligated as a parent. Technology is non existent. Features actually say "we are working on that." Does not work at all, had my child use it foe several days and got one "alert" saying "your baby might be waking up." She wasn't even wearing it at the time. Packaging and idea are great, but should be embarrassed to roll this product out completely unfinished. Must have been some crazy deadline to meet.
1 ★For 200 dollars it sure doesn't like to hook up to wi-fi. And doesn't even want to add the turtle to the app. Complete waste of time. And how does a baby even fit into the onsies. They are huge. Returning asap!!
